When you vend to clubs do they pay cash or do they cut you a check and get your tax info so they can give you a 1099 so you have to pay tax? I got a club telling me 34 and a broker telling me 25. If its taxed 25 is a way better deal

Are you joking? You think clubs would write you a check so you can claim your medical weed on you're taxes?! LOL NAWWW MAN. I don't even live out there and know how it works. they pay CASH baby, but lots of times they'll make you leave it on "consignment" for 30 days. So basically you give it to them and come back in 30 days and they give you the agreed on price. A lot of clubs just pay cash up though. NO and I repeat NO clubs are going to write you a fucking check....I can't believe you'd think that at all mang.....lol pretty funny no offense.

The reason I ask is that I've been reading about what dispensaries can and cannot deduct when they're doing their own taxes. The cost of the weed they are selling is one of the few things they can claim as a deduction. So if the dispensary is filing taxes they will want to claim the cost of weed and the IRS is cracking down on forcing companies to 1099 vendors.

I guess the best way to find out for sure is to ask the club... Duh

Well your right about one thing...you don't live out here. Yes disp do cut checks and yes some 1099. They mostly do cash but if you just walk in they almost always consign. I don't work with them anymore but I have personally and have friends who have been paid with checks.

Anyone that actually believes it is 'flooded' out there is getting chumped out to the max, people in non med states are dying to get more product in, cant bring it quick enough. Sure a localized bubble of desperate, mediocre growers does exist in norcal, they should put the bho down and get out into the real world more often.

Yeah I agree a lot of Cali growers are scared to take their gear out of state. I think many don't understand how supply and demand works. I know people are scared of the risk, but why risk so much growing then whine about how much the market value is here. It's the weirdest thing, Cali has all the herb, but doesn't make the most money off it.

Then they get mad at the broker for makin more $ lol...yea people trip out how everythin bout cali and growin is prolly the most expensive but the prices are the cheapest...kinda wish i was on the east or down south...u can make a livin off 2 lights at 3-400 an oz...wtf!
