I don't think I've seen beneficial bugs come up in this thread, but probably belongs here.

Mite you recommend something like this? There's several I see for spider mites which makes me wonder which are most effective and/or ideal for indoor garden situations.
Was it the rove beetles you recommended for mites, or was that the fungus gnats?

I've used them nemo-toads in the soil and was very happy.

Once you have mites, you need a truckload or persimilis but they are good to use proactively. Rove beetles if you are lucky to get them are like Navy Seals. They move in and do the job then do a lot of fornicating.

I got the joke. I think you don't understand the terms equilibrium or ecology. Don't get all butt hurt.

As all of these people touting spraying have also touted "soil equilibrium", so which is it. Spray for mites or feed the soil to end their existence. The "advice" given is pathetic and really just a sales pitch in my opinion. Give me some real data that says ANY of this crap makes a damn bit of difference, but I guess that would be too easy too. Just because I don't fall lockstep into your line of thinking, doesn't mean the onus of proof is on my shoulders.

There is no happy magical formula, observation and control.

And add this as well Mr. Bigshot: I have done a control study on springtails and mite predation. Seems that some species of mites tend to reach carrying capacity after lack of active springtail population. Do you know what a springtail is? That is just one scenario, not easily solved by topical spraying.

That is why I question spraying, there are a few other ecological factors at play I think, but because its cannabis, nobody studies that shit, they just want volume.
