a guy in that shady warehouse complex by the jail in maple ridge same thime, 146 plants, 4000 sog, chopped down to 146, lic renewed.

ya gotta hope that all the permit holders and DGers understand that this is golden times to grow and that they should appreciate that fact and as fucked up every thing seems we are very lucky to be where we are now

Ok was hangin with the lawyer the other day. I asked when the, no more Commissionaires record checks started. He told me he has had clients using them still to date.

Let me explain one more time. Many Commissionaires are affiliated directly with RCMP detachments. The paperwork is filled out with the RCMP and sent to the Commissionaires. They are forwarded to you from there. Costs seem reasonable and the time frame quick.

If the office is not affiliated with the RCMP, then like Backcheck, they will not be accepted. Peace GS

if this true = end of mmj , no doctor will ever sign these prescription and the gov will probably get bad on special doctor aka cash for signature one .

you set that 30 days countdown yourself . remember ?

and that release formula is not valid in all of canada aka my province is not under it .

i know you are an optimist person regarding that issue but when we put the conservatives in the equation , i lost my cold and turn into a pessimistic person .

these peoples want to destroy the program and they find the perfect way , more burden of the already reluctant doctor .

the only issue is time and legalization pressure from the states . i never tough i would type from the usa but they are legal in wa...

my honest point of view is...this crackpot conservatives plan will backfire to full steam legalization . civil obeisance lulz look at the poll in favour of legalization and the bc initiative

id never wait for permission from anyone to grow my plants illegal or not .

but back to the article is you got a prescription from the doc and you get a grower who and where.....who will make the following to health canada if i dont contact any of these legit clown ? just there ist screwed

this sound like a mess but the burning q is are they going to din# med mj ? if no...the doctor will cry like baby and stubborn and if yes they open the pandora box

if yes the welfare recipient might have it cover....i can see legal battle of epic proportion , the mernaugh case ...wtf is going on with that one ?

Funny. Health Canada is making all these proposed changes which involve physicians diagnosing and writing up prescriptions for patients.

Doctors come back and say 'We don't really know how to do that.'

Best part? Neither does Health Canada.

And people think this is going to end soon? I think once they (HC) break down the actual process and see how much literature, education and infrastructure they need to build a proper medical marijuana system it will be well in to 2015.

Governments rarely hang doctors out to dry.
