Why do men expect us to...............

his hormones are telling him to dominate and resist being dominated. a good solution is to somehow, cleverly, make him do what you want by making him think that's what he wants to do.

This is what my woman does and she does it so well I know she is doing it, she is brilliant.

ok, just 2 days ago, TOH says, "I am gonna go rake the leaves".............I say"I will be out when I am done cleaning the house".......about 10 minutes later TOH yells in " Are you done cleaning, I could use some help out here. I don't know how you want the leaves moved from all your flowers, so I am just gonna mow over everything and pick up the leaves with the mower." I dropped the swiffer and ran out there, to save my flowers. Once again, as usual he expects me to drop what I am doing, and when I didn't, he got me out there by saying he was gonna mow the flowers. Uggghhhh, I love him, but I will never understand why he thinks what he is doing takes precedence, over what I am doing. Men, the biggest mystery of all time!!!!!!!

Castout, its because we are actually big babies who at one point in time had a mommy to hold our hand. If you cater to him all the time, he will become conditioned to it, and expect it. Still tho, as stated earlier, anything we are doing is more important by default, just the way our minds work, by god if we are "doing" something, the last thing we need is to stop when there is a viable alternative, eg: the wife... lol, been with my woman almost 10 years, and its just apparent that we think so different... Interesting to ponder over..

My wife is 7+ years my junior, hates to cook, clean, forgets to pay bills, etc.

I make 90% of the income(probably more) and pay 100% of the bills. Money does grow on trees. Her job is solely for "fun muns" (purses, Hair, makeup, shoes, going out with her girls) and since I dont have a real job, she expects me to do the cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. On her days off, she doesnt wanna do any chores cause she wants to enjoy her day off, and on her work days, she doesnt do shit cause she's gotta work.

LOL.

She says if i let yer quit her shitty job she will do all the housework, but hell, I need some free time, right?

....if your woman does not just sit there in absolute awe of you, and I mean always, then it's time to move on to either a better man, or a lessor woman. It really is that simple... Idiots, you are but ants crawling around on a marble for a brief moment in time, cease your squandering of it..

Does she keep your balls in her purse all the time? Or are you allowed to borrow them from time to time?

Ahhh, "Viva la diffarance"

I think the women's lib movement, to a large degree, did a lot of damage in the last 20 years by demeaning the importance of wives and homemakers as being less than a well-rounded, complete woman. The facts are historically, behind every great man was a great woman pulling the strings ( while pulling something else :)). Women already ran the world. The part about equal pay for equal work, and many other of the "liberation" movement's ideals were needed, but they really caused some serious damage demeaning homemakers.

They seemed to miss the cold hard fact that men are men and women are women, and that is a good thing. They mostly just added more fuel to the fire to the constant battle of the sexes, while psychologically damaging a lot of women. GREAT! :tiphat:
