..I showed a guy how to make BHO 15 years ago and because I 'showed him how' he expected half. No strings attached..I just said check it out I'll show you HOW. After the oil was purged he demanded half and since he was a 300 lb. muscle bulging bully type monster,he was then promptly escorted off the property by mini-14 and the hippie behind it.
Scumbags...crawling all over this scene.

"Now I don't know, but I been told it's hard to run with the weight of gold,
Other hand I have heard it said, it's just as hard with the weight of lead." GFD
Forcing them to perform fellatio on a Glock is equally effective from what I've heard.

"F*ck with the bull and you might get the horn"

AFAIK...those days are over...all the 'dirty deeds guys' are dead or locked up. Worms and snakes abound in the MMJ scene that have no concern for consequences no matter what they be...in fact that kind of stuff just turns them on. They go do 18 months for ratting out everyone they know and then conveniently change their entire lifestyle as to not be found....either that or they open up hydro-stores....lol
Sorry off topic, but worth mentioning since the types that market and predate upon unsuspecting growers are in the same category IMO....and this is the unspoken history of MJ...the stuff that was a part of the plants unfortunate modern evolution. Why lie...and cover thy ears.

The Oregon MMJ scene would definitely benefit from having their mommies driving them to Walmart and picking up a pair of big-boy pants and a belt.

Next up is learning to turn their 'lid' around and begin to speak in complete sentences which doesn't include Dude! or Sup! - then again learning words with more than 2 syllables is probably a distant goal.

Idiots......

A tired subject, but what are the options available for replacing perlite in organic mixes? Rice hulls if one has a brewery nearby, I remember mad used to be crazy about DE. What else?

Sup dude..

...."dude" is now a part of the deal. It signifies in conflicting times that,"I'm cool,I smoke and I won't tell....I use Brando,it's got what plants crave"

If you can stand to sit and watch 'Idiocracy' the theme is pretty spot on for what I see happening right now in the world.

Lava rock or pumice..usually an assortment of sizes. I dig pumice..and I've used all 3 sizes in conjunction with each other with great results.

Coot's fast on the draw here eh....^^^

But aren't you concerned about Calcium deficiency?

I've heard from 'da dude' at the local grow store he's trying to source Canadian Butt Hairs - probably for the Silica content eh?

Let's see if someone else has experience with this one. I'm too terrified to hit the 'How Can I Fix My Garden' threads - somethings are too stupid to do even for a perceived entertainment value.

Kinda like watching re-runs of American Idol or Keep Up With the Kardashians - whoever they are.

Yep - Epazoate and the plant I have is over 3' tall and about that big around. 2 day brew with pureed flowers and leaves - complete and total kill zone.

No accumulation - hydrocarbon chains once again. Just like THC - funny how things work isn't it?

"But what about my Calcium deficiency"

"Shut up you little asshole, the adults are talking now!"

LMAO

You know this part of the world as well as I do - if a 'customer service' guy at Hydro Heaven handed you a bottle of (fill in the blank) and told you that your garden would be 100% insect free (herbivore) would you believe them given your experience in the PNW?

Just curious

GC

4 Corners packs the pumice from the Klamath Basin that's at both stores in PDX.

You might check with him as I 'believe' that he sells direct. Worth a phone call perhaps.
