Keepin' It Super Simple(K.I.S.S stylee!)

right on petflora, going to be some king size colas there. so the RO is proving to be FAR faster. I'm thinking I'm shaving 30-40% off my veg time so far.

homebrewer- I think I'm almost to 75% but they are still drinking and swelling.. and smelling more and more dank everyday... I'm gonna try and hold out for 8 weeks and take a sample nug

OSBC- strains are Trainwreck, Mars OG, and a chem D hybrid not sure which, 5 kw HPS, I think it's a 15,000btu air con, flooding and draining with tap water and veg+bloom nutes in hugo blocks. I change out my reservoir once a week and keep my ppms around 1450, ph 5.9. I followed my local hydro shop guys advice on the nutes and rockwool.

which shop was that?.. I havent seen these nutes in any shops in socal

yo Cody, I'm using 500ppm of the RO formula and I'm pushing a set of leaves a day. I transplanted to the Hugos yesterday and will be hitting them with 800ppms under the HPS for a week then flip. I might not even go a week under the HPS if they keep pushing leaves like they are and the roots are creamy white fluffy tentacles. I'm likin' the growth with RO it is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy faster and healthier looking!

Hey Net,

So what ppm's are you running during flower? I'm at about 800 ppms running 1tsp per gallon, but thought I saw you were around 1000+ during flowering?

Coming down the wire ~ 7 days left

There are few white pistils due to spraying the entire plant down about 5 days ago to kill a spider mite infestation. A better plan is blowing DE but my hand held manual billows sprays too much. Looking for an alternative to it so I can repeat every couple days.

I got them when I took in a friend's plant to finish. My fault, as I did not carefully inspect it. It also had those tiny white gnats

That sux dude & the exact reason i don't take any plants from anybody anymore !!! i've had it happen to me twice buying clones from people ...... never again !!! if i want new or different strains .... i buy seeds now & start them that way . good luck killin off the little fuckers .

mites suck.

ok so bumped to 800 ppm gonna lock these ladies in on 18s until they all hit 10;12" and then flip...maybe 3-4 more days? I usually go 10-12 days with the tap formula but the RO is quicker

I use a baby powder bottle for spreading DE.

Looks good, NP. I don't know about anyone else, but it would sure as hell help me if everyone tried mentioned which ppm scale/multiplier they are using. I can't remember who uses what, and wind up looking back through all the posts to try and figure out where the hell everyone is at on nutrient strength! For myself, I gave up and went to EC.

Don't know if you have this kind of access to CO2 or the ability to control it (as it is a very dangerous process if not done correctly or in a sealed room), but 10,000 ppm of CO2 for ~ an hour (max 2 hours iirc) will effectively kill everything in your room except your plants. Repeat 3-4 times every 2-3 days. The mites will scream bloody murder.

Thanks brohamms! I think 800ppm was too rich for the ladies, dropped it to 650 and they booked! So that would be an EC of 1.3?Topped em' two days ago Gonna flip them today got roots crawling out of the bottoms of the Hugos

Looking good as usual net!
Would love to see pics as much as possible(if you have the time) cause I really want to see the growth and how they pump into the budding phase, stacking, trich production etc.

Anyways can't wait to see more. You have been killin it lately!
Hoping to get my next spot up and running with the water farm 8-pack and the v+b. should kick ass and I'm getting a cut of some really nice orange crush(Cali-OxBluberry) from a buddy. His stuff came out smelling so amazing that I want to give it a go with v+b and see if I can out do him:)

been hot in my neck of the woods, third day in 12s and running lean at 720ppm or 1.6ECs for RIVES.. starting to blow up

Thanks, NP, I appreciate the effort!

However, 1.6EC on the .5 scale is 800ppm, and on the .7 scale it's 1120. We're getting there, though.
