Honestly greyskull you got it made bro. Im trying my hardest to get everything wrapped up where i am so i can move down there and get my grow on! do you know if in hawaii i can transfer my medical license? I have a few people that i could grow for already and i believe the laws are similar as far as plant count and patient numbers is concerned. Here in Maine im allowed 5 patients including myself 6plants per patient so 36 plants. whats your max amount of patients? and plant count per patient? do you have limitations on canopy size?

it started raining last week. everyday. it clears up now and again but shit. i have 2 weeks left and its been a dry "rainy" season thus far. and now its the prime time i need dry air and its fucking spitting water left and right. argh......

its not as pristine/perfect looking as indoor i dont think (a little more "wild" is how im percrieving it if that makes sense) but i think because its been subjected to more stressors during its flowering period it will add more....uuh.... scientific stuff hahaha. that adds to the more roundedness/completedness one gets from outdoor grown buzz as oppsed to indoor.
everytime i touch that plant i smile and think of the first bowl i smoked of it with you at subs right after burning chemd and sourdubble and a whole bunch of other gradea shit... and how it cut right thru like a knife.

somehow i was able to navigate thru during a shitty economy to make this happen. i was blessed with being dealt a good hand and lucky in making the right moves. so lucky....
according to the letter of the law as i understand it here each caregiver is only allowed 1 patient. so how fucked is that? also according ot the letter of the law we get a total of 7 plants and 3 can be mature. we are allowed a total of 3z of material (bud or hash...again as i understand it i could be wrong if i am i hope osmeone comes in and corrects me). no canopy size restrictions - thats whay my boy oldhaole was growing 15/20ft trees - fuck canopy restrictions!!!! even though the state legislature drafted the law here, they are politicians not pot growers they have no idea what "works" and what doesnt.

opening the door you can kind of see the frame i built and the clear panels i put over top of the cage. i got some straps over the top to help keep the roof on the cage when the winds blow. winds can blow hard here.

I am gonna be rocking here hard and heavy. ill probably do a feature thread on her after i get some plants growing a bit. to spread the knowledge and present the facts. dudes i am sooooo lucky to get a hold of this plant. restrictions will be respected (sorry folks) - the one thing i can give you and still keep is my word.
sourdubble - REUNITED!!!!! ive got to grow these out a bit to get some size on em before they go into bloom. theyll be getting 8-10 weeks of veg time.... hoping to do her the way i used to. maui better watch the fuck out the dubble is here!!!!

there are some lucky growers on the island that got some diablo og, southwest og... and a few other things that are gonna blow their minds, too. they said they were ready for socals latest and greatest. well they got served i wanna see what they do with them. no pressure hahaha

ive not done any outdoors but i can see it being a more complete effect b/c the sun provides the entire light spectrum.
you get some nice additions and from the fastest growing thread on icmag it looks like the GSC is deserving the hype.....i know that shit makes my mouth water just looking at pics of her.

yeah the big bad hid in the sky is rad.
my electric bill, while still high because of the vegg lights + clothes dryer (im not that local yet hahaha) is nothing compared what it was when i was trying to rock the 1k. soooo much lower.
i hope the gsc is truly a game changing plant. you can never have enough game changers at your disposal is what i think. the plan is for me to max out at a 'fab five'. but its so hard to limit oneself regarding varieties....
sats are cool. but i cannot grow big plants where i am legal or not. i noticed today the top of my cage is visible to a certain point from the street thru my neighbors yard. its just the top 8" or so which sticks up over a 6ft fence. i just need to keep my plants below the fence line there and i should be able to avoid rippers. except for the whole "smell" thing.
i am very stoked i got lucky my first run at the house and seemed ot have foudn the perfect size plants to grow for where i am doing my flowering. so stoked i havent had to do any experimentation with that. it wasnt even planned out that way just kinda happened. i like that.

dude its crazy to think about what i have to unleash. i mean maybe im a toolbox who doesnt know what hes talking about or whatever you know me but not trying to force my ideas of good pot down anyones lungs here you know people know what they want but its going to be interesting to see how the cream of socal "scene" is received. i think initially the "fresh meat" thing will be exciting for most new to the flavors but im curious how much longevity my favorites can achieve here on an island of pot heads. pot is everywhere here...

big trees are not feasible for me to grow b/c im in a wheelchair but i still plan on doing a long ass flowering sativa here in fla and doing a constant LST to keep her below 5' max......keeping the main growth shoot off the groung and outta the way of rabbits and such.
anyway, enough of my ramblings.

on the outdoor buds lookin wild...its true, everything is just more beef'd up (it also beefs up the part of the plant that we dont desire, the plant material)
the only other thing about outdoor in hi is that the sun is too powerful that it starts to damage the oils on the plant which is why i claim greenhouse is the way to go
its like indoor bud but fatter n better muhaha a perfect mix of the two
indoor is more lush delicate flowers
all in my opinion that is, but i never grew weed before
n with medical, i believe ur not supposed to have hash or any processed stuff
u can only have 3z of usable dry material per card (1z per mature plant)

we just started finding monarch butterfly catepillars in the front yard... didnt find anything in the back but i did get a little green one a few weeks ago.... i cant image having to deal with rabbits too.

i saw some new growth saturday morning so i told the wife im leaving them up 7 more days. BUT THATS IT. they will get to go the full 63 aka 9weeks. in the big bad outdoor winter sun. unbelieveable.
i still need to find a small 4" fan and little filter to put into the drying room to keep the smells at bay. cause its gonna reek. it already reeks....
i am already getting calls asking for reservations. loving it. i need it. but we'll see how it comes out once its dry. reservations are good but i want to close. ABC - Always Be Closing
SO...... Im not really ready to follow up this great first run with a duplicate run. I really only have 3 plants ready to flip - the dirt moms. and those i still need ot bump up from the 8" to 12" pots. but i need to get the pots. and the dirt. i got shit to get hahahaha
i have a bunch of little ones vegging, but they are gonna be part of the third batch. which is okay with me. Ill get 9+ weeks to grow them big and pick 9 to put outside.
why 9? each patient is allowed 3 flowering plants.
well i got my card, my wife is getting hers, and we are getting another two patients to grow for. im putting my 3, wifes 3, and patient a's 3 outside to flower as 9 are perfect for the cage the way i have it set up... that leaves me to veg my 4, wifes 4, patient as 4, and patient bs 7. 19 plants in veg is enough for me to keep 5 moms (maybe a couple more too which is great but i kinda want to focus on 5 at most... decisions decisions decisions....) and have a group getting big and ready to go into flower the day after i harvest whats in the cage. so itll be perpetual. kind of. thats kind of the plan right now. its a rough draft anyways.... within the letter of the law. so ill be good inside and out.
in case i have to prove anything to anyone (like johnny law haha).
better be safe than sorry.
ill be taking a last set of pics of everybody saturday before i start taking things down. things look bad ass. you'll see.

well i dropped 8. only 3 ended up breaking the surface. im sure i fucked something up. i can grow clones no problem. seeds.... shit wtf greyskull!!!!!!!!!!! anyways, of the 3 that popped up, 1 was super slow. i was going to try to just let it be and see how it would turn out but it was just not moving along at a rate i could appreciate. so i killed that on purpose. leaving me 2 - #5 and #9 if I remember right... and #9 is growing well. ill put up some pics saturday. maybe sooner since they are just in the veg room.
