its not that fucked up, you're only a couple weeks from seed. just gotta get a better handle on your watering. your medium retains a lot of water it seems and your plant hasn't grown enough to use it all up in a short time. i would just water a little bit down the sides of the pot every couple of days. like 1/4cup of water. real small amount just to keep the roots at the edge from drying out while the middle of the pot dries out. in the future you might want to use pots that are wider than they are tall. it will help with your "soil" mix staying too wet. i notice this with my plants in cups. they dry out on the sides faster than the middle. so i usually let em get really dry looking before i water again.

thanks dude they don't seems growing these days. if I water like you said, every day 1/4 of water, wouldn't that make salt build up?. The top of medium is completely dry-ed now but the pot still feels a bit heavy. I am gonna go water just the edge for couple days from now ur suggestion make sense to me

nah just plain water, don't feed till you get the pot dried out or else you're just adding to the problems. with them being overwatered the roots arent taking up anything including nutes. keep adding nutes and you will get a buildup and immediate nute lockup as soon as the roots start sucking up again. if you lightly water the edge and let the middle dry the roots will go looking for water and eventually reach the edge. all the length of root that stretched to the edge will suck up water too and when it starts looking thirsty again you will find it drinks water faster than before.
