Oh yeah it differ from state been in probation in three states all completely different rules

One does not give away these rights they are taken. However, they can be restored if you are a good boy for a while. I was convicted for agg battery with a weapon. Did my little bit o time (a nap really) couple years of probation and now I vote if I feel like it. The state law dogs told me I can own a firearm three years after my sentence is complete.
Just for comparison sake, I was tested every other visit or every 60 days. I was a wet dream for my PO, had a job, paid my restitution, moved in with mom out in the country, had a little veggie garden and sure as shit didn't catch any more charges.
I had my Rights to vote and FireArms restored after i got off PO.Its called a Certificate of Relief.You can Vote and Hunt or whatever.I heard about this from a friend and asked my PO.After i was released from my PO time,the PO Officer sent a petition to the Judge and if the PO thinks its ok and can suggest to the Judge that he thinks its ok,the Judge will 99% of the time go with the POs recomendation.Give it a shot if its something you would be interested in.It also has something to do with putting down on job applications that you have a Felony.I cant remember,but i think you dont have to reveal that.Certificate of Releif.I had a Felony Assault/without a weapon,basically a fistfight that someone got hurt bad,but even with an Assault,i got the Certificate..

I second this, if u're still on probation just for a recent crackdown and now ur feeling paranoid then just keep urself clean. It's not worth it, it's still to soon to be thinking of doing anything illegal again in ur situation.
I checked my car for a tracker. Brought it to my mechanic and had him put it up on the lift. Nothing.
So far no other contact from them. I figure if they wanted to talk to me they would have by now. Why would they need to have some excuse to talk to me anyway? I'm thinking if they want to see me they will make it happen. Hasn't yet.
Still have not received my seeds yet. Coming up on a month now. I'm thinking they got caught by customs, and perhaps they alerted the DEA from there. Might be on the radar now. If those beans come in I'll feel a whole lot better.
Sucks though cause I gotta get to the mail every day before my folks do in case I get a notice from customs of a seizure.

reminds me of when i was a youngster. told my dad the mushrooms i was trying to cultivate in the basement were just regular old edible mushrooms! never got them very far along though cuz the petri dishes kept getting mold growth in them. years later he told me he would lift the lids on my petri dishes and contaminate them when i was gone. sneaky bastard! i sure miss him. he was a wise old guy!

Got ratted out. Custie got busted and rolled over on me. Some people just have no honor. I would never do that to someone. If I get caught it's my fault. No need to bring other people into it.
Apparently the test is mandatory for anyone going into probation. It helps them determine how much of a risk you are to re-offend, and therefore how often you need to come in.

Just because you're charged with a felony doesn't mean that you've been convicted of a felony. There is a difference between being charged and being convicted.
I was busted in 2009 and was charged with a State felony charge, but not convicted. The deal his lawyer probably made entailed him not being convicted if he completed probation. At least, that was the case in my bust.
