AN sensi a&b, what gives?

picked up some AN gear, just to try.
using the sensi a&b in flower (bloom of course) in hydro

feeding about 15ml/gallon of each, ppm's are about 1000-1100.
ph range between 5.5-6.0
plants are about 25 days in.
im getting signs of N def.
fans are yellowing, then browning out.
eventually falling off.
not to mention i am not seeing any trichs on the trim leaves.
most likely cause they are hurting, buds don't seem as big as they should be either.
i was rocking 10ml/g, but bumped it up 5ml's because of this.
doesn't seem to be helping the problem.
anybody else come across this using the sensi?
kinda stumped here.
i picked up the 2.5 gallon containers.
really not trying to throw this shit out.
any pointers?

p.s. i am no newb, never had problems running PBP or Gh 2 part in E&F.

Im pretty sure that is the correct application rate. What substrate of hydro? Have you ran this phenotype before?

and if you dont mind, what was your application rates with pbp, and GH 2 part? (i assume flora series with GH, which formula with pbp?)

are you running RO, well or tap? if RO are you using calmg? take the bottles, and tighten the lid as much as you can. tip them and put them each to your ear. if you hear anything in the bottle like sand or rocks falling. it is no bueno. take it back and find a pair of bottles that don't make any noise. either that or get some SBA/B. it's the product AN copied. It is a great base and it's cheap too. stabile as can be.

I know you have hella AN experience but I'm just curious where that one comes from because SV / SB ingredients and ratios are very diff from sensi a &b

mix batch of mediums.
some pots w/ hydroton, most are lava rocks.

pbp was 15ml/g PBP bloom, 10ml/g LK and 5ml/g calmag
GH was lucas, good results w/ 6/9 micro/bloom.
used liquid KB and beastie blooms for my pk shots w/ the 6/9.

straight tap, ppm's about 150 out the faucet, not terrible.

and no clunking in the bottles.
wont buy anything that sounds like gravel in the bottle.

whats sb a&b?

it seems like there is a decent amount of N w/ the a&b.
atleast enough to keep me green for aslong as i needed.

I should of said OG sensi AB. It has changed 3 times. I forget sometimes. sorry bout that..
Super veg A&B and Super Bloom A&B. was the OG 2 part. nutrilife came out with Heavy Harvest A&B and it too is a great fert, though overpriced. I was using it and the rest of their line for a year straight in 01-02 before going straight to AN 3 part and select adds.

Right on bro. When Sensi A&B came out and all you needed was 4mL per gallon of each with a little big bud, overdrive, and plant success soluble you could get 2+ all day...

Now if you could only tell me the ratio of MPP to bulk amino acid powder and epsom salt so I can make some original big bud...I will make you a very happy man (I know you love Bubba kush..)

by the way there are a few complaining and returning the new Sensi AB. this is the second thread today about sensi bloom. you may want to look into that. I am suspecting a bad batch.

funny you say that. smoking some purped out bubs as we speak. its rare lately. It tastes great, and it's less filling! no expansion what so ever! didn't realize how hard SFV expands in comparison.

i work for advanced and it seems nobody knows how to use the products .

the calculator is for one week , which means if you grow lets say in coco and feed 3 times per week . say week 1 ,you want to split the 1000ppm into 3 , so 333ppm per feeding not the whole 1000 at once . you will use alot less and you will find that advanced is very cost effective compared to others .

I do about 1.5-1.7 ml a liter which is about 6ml a gallon with all my other things you need to keep the base ppm low.

thx guys, but i don't think i was burning em.
if anything, they looked underfed, that is why i bumped up.
i have since switched to PBP and they are loving life!

If the co you work for put out consistent batches and didn't have so many fert and calc revisions, maybe growers could use half the + line. and I mean half.. or less.. How long you been workin for AN?

You state you work for AN, yet you obviously dont understand ppm? What a joke.

Neither an elemental ppm (which is basically unmeasurable) or a ppm reading of 333 (on any known scale) is going to work.


I truely hope for AN's sake you dont work for them.
