There is no way i can make the beds bigger now Kanga, it fuckin near killed me digging them to 600 mm deep as it was, maybe i could put some logs around them and make them higher and do it that way. As for growing them to monster trees, i said to bushy i didn't want that, i want to bend them over at 8 foot then let them go.

Hi mate, don't become disheartened, if you've dug them down to 600mm (double what I thought) you should be OK by putting logs around them and building them up. The only reason we made this observation is because where your plants are now at this stage in the season, with the MMWW genetics in the CC; you're looking at 12 x 12 foot plus plants & probably more like 15x15:) But tying them back, giving them a haircut etc. I think you'll be fine - still some hard work ahead mind you. I also believe that plants tend to flower a bit earlier and stay smaller due to hole constraints.

Another thing with the MMWW particularly is that it loves fertilising and some extra chook shit around the very edges of the hole should pay dividends when its flowering time.

This is a lesson I learnt last season, as I had a monster MMWW 16x16 that didn't have much in the way of hot ferts and the smoke was pretty mild compared to the knockout smoke from the same strain that Kanga bought to the table. Even with that scenario, I was able to blow some veterans away with the size, smell and taste of the colas.

One thing on your side is that the Nimbin Purple is generally pretty early flowering, because it's 50% Shit, which was selected for its Afghan leaning traits. This should reign the size in a bit - hopefully:)

Anyway If you can build them up Il think you'll come through this with flying flowers. :gday:

Thanks Bushy, mate i am not disheartened one little bit, i have still got some work ahead of me i know that for sure, my resume is just starting with these plants, i have enough soil up there i believe, i will build up the beds only for the foods for heading and mulch i already have going in my vege patch. If i get away with them this run i won't be planting as many next run but the beds will be bigger by then. Can you tell me what the Nimbim Purple has to do with these, i am now a tad confused.

BUNDY....:)

Sorry mate NP = OMS/Shit...

Thanks again Bushy. :tiphat:
Went out today just for my sunday drive realy and got a few pics of the Cloudcatcher for the peeps following its progress. Man is it getting wide.... Threw in a couple of nice pics also of the others there, one blue mango has leant over now which saved me the trouble of bending her :).

Will be watering next sunday now thats for sure but they are still looking ok.

Nice one Bundy! Is that that plastic garden edging stuff you've used to raise them?

They look like they might get rather large....

Another Aussie outdoor monster thread in the making! Great start

Thanks mate, well i woke up with a hang-over from the devil himself but still managed to hit the road at 5.40 am. Watering day is allways exciting especially this trip as it was a water with nutes. I took some pics of every bed so here they are for those interested. Heres bed 1.

Blue Mango's.

Now bed 2, Another Blue Mango plant just hit 7 foot high.

My Fav atm :)

Bed 3 has 2 plants in it, one i am not sure of but seems happy.

NOW.... bed 4 is the three Blue Mango babies, these are going well, one has leant over from storms we had recently but i will be tying the other 2 down next weekend for sure.

:)

Bed 5 has the Cloudcatcher, this baby is my shortest plant but is roughly 5 foot wide now, i think she is going to take off very soon.

:)

Ok guys bed 6 was the one i fenced off and put 3 Blue mango's in 2 weeks ago because i had to move them from my back yard, i am glad i went overboard with the Blue Mango's because the 10 seeds i popped i got 9 females and 1 died but still didn't know what it was. Heres the first pics of bed 6, they are the babies but are looking good at present.

There ya's go, enjoy the pics and i will update pics in a fortnights time as work has me tied up for a couple of weeks. Best of luck and good growing to you all

Thanks for the pics mate, they all look very healthy. In fact for a guerrilla grow, these plants look superb. Don't want to count your chickens before they hatch, but I think you'll be surprised at the quality of the flowers these babies will produce.
