Thanks for answering Lay, exactly what he said. I water till just enough comes out the bottom it takes some getting used to, you just got to know your plants, and have alot of patients. I use to water log them from not waiting till they suck it up before drenching them again, I see it like this.... you don’t drink water like that, chugging it down your throat dam near chocking right? I don't think plants like it like that either!

I grow so many different ways because I like what I do! Because I’m a grow enthusiast, I like growing every different way you could think of! I’m actually reading and researching TAG growing shit looks real interesting, maybe a high output aero vert grow to come, will see…. Still in learning process. Even though hydro can give some dank ass product…. I still revert back to organic soil growing, it’s just my preference. I’ve grown soil and hydro a few times together side by side. And from my findings, my organic product whipped my hydro’s ass! They even gave deferent looking finished product hers a pic, the bud on the left is hydro the one on the right is organic. There both the same strain.

With this particulare strain you'ed have to hold the bud up to your nose and crack it to get it's full aroma, where's the organic one, you can hold the bud at regulare looking distance and get it's full aroma! Both grown under the same conditions, plus the organic bud has a more tighter compact kush look to it. clearly a big differance!

Really lanky... hmmm, Well I am using the SCROG method, so maybe my canopy will fill up sooner rather than later! I remember seeing a SCROG or two photo when I went through your thread, Is there any tips you can think of when dealing with the SCROG method?

What up B a G, as fare as scrog growing.... depending on how many plants yall be running will depend on what size screen to get, if your going low numbers of plants I'ed go with 2" chicken wire mesh or 2"green net found at homedepot. The hoels will be just the right size to pull branches under and keep it from growing back up straight. What I mean is, if you go with say like tomato nets with low numbers of plants, the holes on them nets will be to big and there for will not hold down the branches hard enough. Wait till your like 60% full of screen befor you flip, top your plants to gain more branches to ben under and trim all bottom shoots and leafs. Dont be afraid to agressivlly prune them branches off!

What up Oliver P, The sub mix has to set for a month or so before using but believe me.... it's worth the wait! It truely is a all in one no hasel water only mix! follow the mix to the T and you should be all right, start cutting it with add's that weren't in the mix.... and you'll have problems! it truly is a lazy mans mix! water only no ph'ing, no add's, no nute sheduals, straight tap! and you'll end up with some of the best tasting dank in your circle! on another note, if you have to mix it up and wait, you could use, Pure blend pro bloom/Cal mag together at 15ml pure blend pro to 5ml cal mag a gallon from start to finish with "floralicious+" per derection. use that in the mean time, that nute mix will give some outstanding taste! I've use that mix for more then a few years now with exelent results!

That's exactly what I have! but instead I have elbow connectors in the middle so I could buy less pvc pipe, growing on a budget!!

I have 5 plants under 276 watts of CFLS, and my screen is about 3ft 6/1ft 8in, I have been told that I lack a lot of light for the amount of plants.. but there really isn't much I can do =/ My lights don't fully cover over the whole screen.. I feel like this is an issue.

You can try and veg them out to get a feel for how much light you have. try to fill in the canopy as much as you can. How fare in veg are you? and do you have time to veg? these are the Q's you need to solve. If you have time to veg.... then do it with what you got if you feel your screen is not filling in in some spots then you know you lack light in those spots and will need more light, since you got a strechy strain they can cover alot of canopy quick. also try and get yourself some t5 strips long strips can cover alot of canopy over a long distance, and there fairly cheap. trim all branches/leafs below the screen really good! cfl's and t5's dont penatrate that fare donw the canopy! also, plants can be dam near touching the lights another thing to keep in mind!

Remember....this is all checker board light material with only 2 1000's on 24/7! So if anybody says checker board lighting schemes don’t gain you that much in yield, cuzz it's the = to having a light mover.... have them take a good look at this thread!
