It's an intriguing subject, and I don't pretend to understand enough about botany to argue about whether it works or why, but I find it very interesting indeed that many growers on ICMag that I respect (such as yourself) and whose skills are readily apparent are reporting such good things after trying it.

anyway i got the call this morning and the number came in for the 7 plants we chopped


I thought i heard him wrong but i guess i didnt hahha this make me kinda happy

so 6 small plants ( all G13 - ) produced 12.5 oz
Voo doo produced 1.7 oz


so far we got 14.2 oz dried and tuck away,,, not counting at least one once i stole from them a week ago hahah


so lets count that too!

so far 15 oz. of dried buds heheehe

haha yeah bro, i did not expect that at all, when i took em out i expected to get about 4 to 5 oz out of all of them, they were the one in the corners and some are under fed,

well the g13 buds are more dense than anything i've grown, even more dense then the gdp, so i guess they put on a bit of weight ..

well the rest of the plants are much bigger and much healthier so i m expecting a bit more ahahaha

Why are you making me try a vert grow....?????? hehe.....nice little bunch they gave you the first 7 plants......sure was some nice 'top-heavy'-girls.........
I was just drifting off a bit there......C99 for breakfast....hi...but I just noticed, taht when growing vert like you are here....the different strains don't mean less yield. Like in my bio-bed, the diff. height of the plants automaticly reduces yield.

So what I'm trying to say is: 'Thanks for the inspiration, thanks for sharing and thanks for giving food for thought....!!'

You guys have some nice sounding cuts across the big pond, alien dog, sfv og kush, gdp..that stuff doesn't circulate here. But maybe some day!

so how did you hang your nets? just curious if you could share the details. i have a 6 light stadium going , very similar to this one, and can't figure out how to setup the nets, especially at the bottom.

also, did you veg into the net, or did you put it up after flipping to 12/12

I'm about to flip next week, vegging horizontal,but reading the benifit of growing vert thread, say do not veg horzontal and flower vertical.so as a newbie im just curiuos if it ok! Im running strechy strain(tahoe og) and some short squat purple kush!just want opinion from experience grower you.

you're doing great with your vert unthing! you're gonna beat that gpw for sure hehe,, its nice to have all those strains around but i would love to create something i can call my own hahaha

i put a small screw on the ceiling and one on the ground, connect them with a wire, i run 3 wire on each side vertically, once the wires are up you could strap the net on easily.

I threw the net on after a week or 2 they went in flower, this time ill throw the net on right when they hit 12/12

you can veg flat and flower vert, but before you put them in flower, give one 1 week of vert lights so they can adapt to new enviroemnt, i have found this is the best way for my plants

Update

Update

Hello everyone, thanks to the gardener friend we were able to finish all of them by today LOL

The gardener and his friend started on thursday and took them through sarturday noon, which is when i came b ack and there were 14 plants left.


So far we got 15 oz of dried buds

Today another 29 oz of G13 dried, and jar up, the rest will be done sometime this week

so far 42 oz of g13 alone and maybe 2 oz of voodoo

we still have a lot more ehehheehehhehhe
