Devil-I live in Ny-my Mom has 2 months...I am a powwer puker on 480mg of oxycontin for an illness I got through no fault of my own.Fibromyalgia x myofascil pain syndrome.I have had 13 major orthopedic surgeries and my CNS fires off pain signals 24/7.My wife is RN who refuses to let me continue to grow my own medicine(and I grow sticky icky gear)until it becomes legal for med use.So I am stuck buying 5 grams 1/4oz of local weed that the ass who sells it has new 4 wheeler and all the latest TVs and toys while I hobble to his home,cane in hand sweat rolling off me.He and you asses who either sat home or voted no are laughing all the way to the bank.While folks who are ill have to go on being scared and sick on top of it.This sucks and there is nothing any of you can say that will make it right.I am screwed again.Just like w/my Mom.Dying a henious death and my hands are tied to do anything cause as long as there is a stigma attached,Mom wont use it.Thanks again all you who screwed it up.But sure thanks to the bros and sisters who voted yes,my hat is off to you.The rest of you,SHAME SHAME!

i didnt vote for cooly, i voted for some random liberatarian candidate.....in retrospect wish i voted for kamala...dammmit.

the thing about kamala is...ALOT of people hate her. she is famous for the case involving her department freeing an illegal immigrant named Edwin Ramos. He was a scrap gangbanger who ended up murdering three innocent men he mistook for gangmembers. he rattled their car up with an AK47.

personally....i have a friend who was shot by a little punk african american kid. he was jailed, caught with the gun, admitted to being at the scene....AND KAMALA HARRIS DROPPED THE CASE.

the same kid got rearrested later for SHOOTING AT POLICE!! and his case was still dropped......my friend still has no justice because of this. Kamala Harris is a joke when it comes to enforcing against violent criminals.

the only plus side is that many a case gets dropped in SF..and i have benefitted from this when i had some drunken vandalism charges dropped even though the cops had witnesses....

but yeah i should have voted for Kamala....fuck Cooley is a dinosaur with ancient views..

One way or another, legal marijuana is now as prominent an issue in the national political discourse as abortion and gay marriage - 2 years ago, it was something Obama could laugh at in a public forum. This has been huge.

Also, there's a sense there may be some significant quantity of provisional ballots & mail-in ballots that won't be counted for the next 31 days - probably a bit overoptimistic.

I apologize.My posts were aweful.My Mom dying before my eyes is such a hard thing to witness.No excuses.I went POSTAL when I should have just tried to go to bed and sleep my 2 hours a night.It is tough dealing w/a major illness when you are already ill.My Mom means everything in the world to me.Hospice came today and told us 2 months tops.She looks like a concentration camp victim...skin and bones and marinol isnt working,for me either as I have a script for 30mg daily.I will continue to be in agony and puke on a daily basis,wishing for a different outcome that will never come.Once again I am sorry I'll keep my evil thoughts to myself.Better luck next time I guess. Peace and One Love-BigD and after 5 years or better writing/calling/e-mailing.Its over for now.All I get are dirty looks from my wife and family when I try and play advocate.I'm done for now.

Growers/Dealers had NOTHING to do with 19 not passing. Did they push fear? Yes? Did they lie and decieve? Yes. Does any of that even surmount a bit to the large republican turnout? I seriously doubt it. Republicans are the ones who voted this down and will continue to do so.

Was kind of dumb putting this on the ballot in a mid term election with a predictably large republican turnout. So much for all the restrictions being to make a bill passable... Barely a a gain over the 1972 inititive the way things are currently counted...
