yeah i'm also sending positive thoughts over there. i just hope he doesn't have a grow op at the address that truck is registered to. other then that they can't do shit really.

i just hope he gets around to letting us know how it all went after it's all done.

pah you have no idea about anything, you can't know who that truck is registered to and what they would find there. but further then that, what possible judge would issue a warrant on such a flimsy bit of evidence like finding a guy in the woods with an off road vehicle and some water transporting equipment. even if the warden found the plants he was watering he never actually saw him at the plants, so again no way they can legaly start listening to his phone or any shit like that.

the only danger that is real is that they set up game cameras on any plants they find. but even then if he arrives with a cameo net over his face the camera ain't worth a piece of shit.

judges give warrants like nothing.
they can put a track on you for nothing

court ruling the other day only applied
to one case

they made the truck for sure. real easy to see
if description matches.....anf addy

they GPS'd the location & spotted already in air
& on the ground

they have a motion activated cell transmitter
showing when he's at the plants.........

it's not about the 32 plants....

they want more than that.....

it's about his other stuff.

who owns the truck, source of inc, who he knows,
what they doin

it's obvious he's skilled &
with the truck & pump
he's for real.....

they hot on his tail...

that's my take

EDIT: Guerilla said the warden saw the line running 300 feet 2 the plants
oooooh I thought u were washin your truck????? he came back gps'd the plants
the activation device has been planted, they runnin the plate & history;
right in the hands of state police, fed's dea/fbi, homeland security,

at least this post is a bit more civilized and actually of use, rather then fear mongering.

some of what you say is true, there are a lot of places so broke they survive by stealing peoples houses and property on the flimsiest pretext, they leave you so destitute, that you can't even take up the legal battle for lack of funds.

but some one organized will not make things that easy, most serious growers will not have anything connecting them to the location they grow at in their home. also we have to consider who was there, it wasn't the dea or some such it was a local warden, now he has the choice of investigating it, if he does he might find a few plants, if he really searches and gets air support he will maybe find all of them. ok so now we have a plot with some 30 plants, well under 99. this remains a local affair and most likely scenario is they will pull all the plants they find as they find them. they will destroy the autopots and leave.

if the warden really has a hard on for the grower he might actually set up cameras, but again a face cover takes care of that. there is no way they will devote a team of people to watch that place the whole time. they have bigger fish to fry, plots growing 1000's of plants. even them more often then not you read about how no one was arrested and the plants were destroyed on location or airlifted out.

so i think you are going a bit over board with the paranoia. the whole point of growing on public land is that it doesn't connect back to you.

hope u r right........

EDIT: If I was a cop, I'd investigate. likr u say 32 plants aint nothin to them
slap on the wrist. It's they other things they want. new truck, new dogs,
no job, plenty o money, what's he sellin?; what's he do in winter? any crack/heroin/coke?
they don't know but it's EASY to find out. That's what they do for work day in day out & they aint doin it stoned......

TOWNSHIP 37, Maine — More than 60 law enforcement officers continued Thursday to harvest massive, high-quality marijuana plants at a remote location in Washington County. Not only is the seizure the largest in Maine’s history, the multimillion-dollar operation was the first of its kind seen in the state, according to drug enforcement officials.

The pot plantation was discovered Tuesday when a law enforcement plane scoured the area after Maine State Police Troop J received a tip on its Web site.

Maine Drug Enforcement Agency Director Roy McKinney, who was on site Thursday, said the size, scope and detail of the farming operation was quite surprising.

“We have never seen this type of operation in Maine before,” he said.

No one had been arrested as of Thursday and McKinney would not identify who owns the land.

He confirmed that it was a plantation or farm, where caretakers of the crop lived 24 hours a day, seven days a week. “These are the types of operations we see on the West Coast. In Maine, when marijuana is grown in remote locations, someone usually hikes in and checks it periodically. These growers were living right here.”

The marijuana was so well cultivated, he said, that the value of the bud, the most prized part of the plant, is higher than normal.

“This was a very sophisticated operation,” McKinney said. “There was a tremendous amount of effort and energy put into this, including extensive pruning to develop the buds. This operation was given a lot of thought.”

He said MDEA uses $2,000 per plant as the rule of thumb for street value, but since these plants’ buds are so developed, McKinney said they would likely be worth $3,000 or more each. More than $1.5 million worth of plants — 500 — were harvested Wednesday by law enforcement.

Several thousand more plants — about $9 million worth — were harvested by midafternoon Thursday. A final count will not be available until all the plants are removed, likely late Friday.

When the plane discovered the farm Tuesday, the growers on site apparently began burning several of what McKinney described as bunkhouses. By the time law enforcement on the ground arrived at the farm, no one was found.

McKinney said two additional buildings were discovered Thursday.

The site, in Township 37, is about 10 miles off Route 9 in Wesley, covering several square miles of woods and swamps. The Salvation Army has set up their canteen on site to feed the law enforcement contingent, which McKinney said was both appreciated and invaluable.

In addition to Maine and federal DEA agents, officers at the site come from the State Fire Marshal’s Office, Maine State Police, Maine Game Wardens, Maine Forest Service, Washington County Sheriff's Office, and U.S. Border Patrol.

McKinney said teams of officers are working in very difficult terrain, harvesting the pot in bundles of 100 and walking through a boggy, swampy area to an access road where the plants are secured.

One garden is 100 yards from the access road while the second garden is more than 500 yards away. “This is not easy terrain,” he said.

McKinney said that Wednesday was devoted to the crime scene and securing and seeking evidence, while Thursday's action shifted to eradication of the plants.

Officers will continue working on site today and once the harvest is completed, McKinney said the plants will be destroyed on site.

if they were not able to bust the growers in an op that size let alone the boss, where they found the place through a tip and fly over. they could have surrounded the area and checked anyone leaving after the fly over. or they could have watched the op for a week or so till people cam back to check on it. but they didn't, they don't have the time or the energy, they are just harvesting and destroying the stuff after which they will leave. if any mistakes were made that lead them to the workers then they will follow up. but in most cases they don't even bother. a lot of them are so corrupt i wouldn't be surprised if the best stuff doesn't end up on the market anyway. they will find some dispensaries to sell it to.

also makes it harder to find if you have a few individual plants spread over a huge area rather then a big plantation with hundreds or thousands of plants.

i do agree it's worth taking all precautions at this point, but i don't agree about totally abandoning ship. i wouldn't use the truck anymore and just hike in, make sure my face is covered with a insect netting, go at night, maybe with a cheap off road motorbike. if you have to water again you should take a look out who can warn you as soon as any traffic is spotted, if you do it at night you should see the head lights from far away.

anyway so far so good, glad you had a nice holiday Aeroguerrilla, stay safe bro...:joint:

I follow most information avail online on all grows and anytime there is a gorrilla grow they always include the Feds and then every other group they can grab, usually around 6-10, that way the group gets accredditted for the haul and they get federal funding to continue assisting in the drug war. I read its around 400k for allot of county sherriffs departments in cali. I think mine was $385. Allot of Sherriffs have publically said its hard to turn down but they would rather use the money for a few more men and focus on other things.

I personally would never be able to grow my humble garden with all these guys flying over if it was not for the gorrilla growers over growing the government, So stay safe. Remember in California the game warden has rights that no other enforcement has, they do not need probablle cause, and I would also add one more thing, other cops work in the street, these guys work in nature and that plays a role in ones instict, I am a lifelong outdoors climber and angler. These guys are smooth and very intellegent. I was so concerned for you because it was a warden and not a ranger or cop and I know he would not have rolled on you then. Wardens work alone and self preservation is first they work more intellegent.
Sorry if this steps on toes I would gladly give you my biggest plant (10% of yours ha ha) to insure your saftey.
