you did a great job with it red, superb from start to finish

unc, again
you're the first and the last that stick with me, i thankyou very very much! you're a true friend indeed !

I feel like i did not push this strain to it max potential, the finish buds came from me did not smell or taste a bit like the sample i received in the beginning. Buds are rock hards but small, also the smell slowly drifted away? first they smell like dried apple, now more like cherries, geez

I must have messed up somwhere along this grow,
i wonder whats gonna happen after the cure, ok now back to trimming!

cheers,
red.

Those are some pretty nice pictures up there Red!

Thank you miss B:thank you:

Next run i will run something i am familiar with, and im going to change the feeding set up to auto, and might play with some new ideas that i have. I want to get atleast 5 - 6 lbs in this tent with 2k only, i know its kinda impossible but i believe i could do it if i try hard enough ;) for me it is all about big yield with less lights

cheers,
red.

Red I bought a Spin Pro knock off this week and tried it out lastnight, really takes a lot of the work out of trimming :) Just cut the buds off the stalk and pull fans, spin a few times (20 or so cranks), then off to dry! You should try one!

No problemo, I am tired of the blisters I get from long nights of trimming with scissors... if you can find a product like this one you'll save lots of time. I don't know whats available in your area but here's a link to the one I bought (the original one, hand crank)

I believe they have them for rent down the street.. Maybe next time seeing as you are almost done.

Do you trim first then dry? Or dry first them trim?

Drying first always takes me longer.

That's a beautiful pic red, awesome job bro from start to finish :artist: very inspiring vertical work, makes me wish I had the room to go vert
Mucho Respecto
:gday:

Thanks b00m, i kinda mess up with this one but i dont know what i did wrong yet, i will try to find out and learn from it. Next time i promised you i will have better buds and better yield ;) thanks for stopping by, and o yes you can always make room for vert ;)

Yeah i didnt know bout that either,

I trim before i dry 'em, but this time they dry while i was trimming lol, i do multiple trimming sessions to make buds look all nice and purtty :D

nice work! :respect:
hehe trimming is the one thing I don't like about growing...takes way too long. Last year I did 11-12lb (outdoors) by hand in one week of 15 hours/day trimming :mopper:...it was torture. I'm buying a trimming machine so I don't have to hand trim anything besides the big top colas. :)

what are the dimensions of your room? it might just be my perspective but the plants in the back row seem pretty far from the bulb. is this still efficient? if you had them closer do u think you would get bigger plants? or are they getting what they need

i ask because im trying to figure out if i should do colleseum or have a scrog that reachs to the ceiling and training my plants. training sumtimes doesnt workout for me. i will only be using one 1k tho

build a vertical scrog and prune and train the plant to be two dimensional,i.e. treat it much like a scrog, poke the branches to the down of vert, away from the light, and let the bud sites come out towards the light...

The room is 8x8, during flowering i had bungee cords to pull the light near, not really needed as the plants were nearly burn lol, im not sure if they got everything they needed.

I think you can do a scrog if you have the time, for me i really want to let them do their thing a bit and plug the leaves when needed, you also need to decide and know your strain before you grow 'em, i made a mistake and grow an unknown strain, if i knew how to train them like i did with my g13 and gdp, i'll be in a lot better shape :D

if im going to do this again, well i'll do it again and i'll post a journal :D i'll go for more ;)

cheers,
red.
