True dat.. they did look pretty productive still.. especially seein you've been in flush for a while.. I usually don't start my flush until about a week before harvest.. by that time, all the signs of ripeness are coming on.. Those last pics looked to me like they were still poppin.. I guess it all depends on your circumstance.. if you're ahead of the game, you can be more patient.. if your jar is about empty, I could see choppin maybe part of it..

Sup fellas I am starting to see a bit of yellowing on BC, she has been pruned the least outta all of them. Chocolope is being overun by the blackspot...I think the little flower leafs are starting to darken at the tips. I can't wait to chop her and good riddance! I dread the fact I still have one more bean of that strain. I fed with Cha-Ching which has a low N content whereas Beastie Blooms was zero. I have strayed away from any more N because of the "clawing". I still have a chance to feed them as I haven't techinally fallen outta rotation yet, but I do want a 2 week straight distilled period. Soo basically its dooable if I go a bit over 8 weeks. I would like to follow the breeders flower time but I don't want to smoke straight CBD. Can't wait for the beginning of 11' so I can get me some Dutchgrown goodness!!

it got chopped at 12 weeks and could have went 1-2 weeks longer id say nearer
the 2 weeks it would be done right.
i ended up with 10 ounce off it,it didnt impress me much at first so i hammerd the
kc36 then a week or two later i tried it again and it was much better infact so much better i preffer it to the kc 36 now.
i think it has a smooth woodyness and a hashy/berry smell and smoke,but in the jar it has a sickley mango smell,its totaly differnt smell in the jar.
i have this when i come in from work to relax it dosent mess with your mind much so i can get to sleep.

Personally, I don't put much credence to what the breeder's quote for flower time. I've seen consistently that breeders understate the flower time as it makes the seeds more appealing to the purchaser. Almost every strain I've grown has been a week or 2 longer than the breeder claims.

thanks for the smoke report on LA, I plan to cure for 6 weeks or so, hopefully it will be worth the wait.
Well I am really torn on what to do..BC defitinly has amber trichs all over her even though she is only day 42. And on top of that the heat is back an I do believe its here to stay for the summer. When I checked today it was 94 in the tent. LA had black spot for the first time in a long time too. So I think I'm gonna give one more watering of straight distilled and then chop. I'm afraid if I wait too much longer I will get bud rot or powdery mildew since I cant keep the temps down. I plan to dry in the tent since I can control the temp without the lights no prob, then clean up and move local. Here is a pic of LA and BC today, which is day 42.

Another option is to stay in current local and cut down to 400W during summer months and then back to 800W for the other seasons...

Hello everyone So my first chop was a success! 
I gave them their 1st round of manicuring as well. It defitinly took longer than I thought but I enjoyed every minute! 
They went at day 49..unfortunatly they all could have went another couple weeks at least....but fortunatly there is no "black spot" or any other type of nastyness associated with my ladies.

I have a a/c and dehumidifer going to keep my dead ladies comfortable. 2 week'ish and then into jars for a few.
