In my experience ( for what that's worth) I truly believe I have only seen product from less than 10 people that I would truly consider top tier.. To be quite honest the majority of these people are not doing serious production, and they usually are the most humble out of the group, with the fairest prices.(good bunch of them off these very boards).

So the consensus is small caregivers will not be held to the same standards as the big centers.. So there is no "outstanding moral" character clause for caregivers of five or less?

Yes, that is my understanding. They will leave the small caregiver alone, presuming they can still afford to do their thing, which looks like quite a task in itself. All we can do keep growing what we like and make the best of the situation.

I was just pointing out that sometimes these people who are crying out about being unfairly treated for their MJ bust had OTHER stuff in their house that compounded the whole debacle or try to blame others for their own mistake. If your bust was for MJ and MJ only, you deff shouldnt be discriminated against.

I wonder if the CDPHE will finally get caught up once the applications stop coming in? How many "PATIENTS" are actually going to jump through the new loopholes just to toke. My guess is not many.

Went to the last Nederland city counsel meeting last week. Supposedly Rob Corry will be speaking at the next one in a week or so. Will be interesting to see how Nederland copes with the changes. Boulder county is having a meeting tomorrow at 9:30am! Thats the damn crack of dawn for me, but I'll drag my ass there and probably begin to focus on what they are saying after the 2nd hour when the latté starts to work....

That's a good question on Ned cause since June 1st herb is totally legal here, that's when the town amendment went through.
From what I gather as long as you stay low key, were cool up here. Do what you want, but if any criminal shit goes down LEO will be all over, that's from the chief police here in Ned.
