thanks guys! smoke is still a bit harsh, and I wont lie, doesnt seem to be getting me too high, but thats the chance we take with bagseeds. But hey, got some TW and GWS clones about ready to move in, so I dont think I'll be having that problem after this run. Im glad I ran this test run with my random genetics tho.

Yep, could have been better too if I had a bit more height in the cab. The clones I have in now are a little easier to manage, they seem to mature a bit faster. but the stretch isnt over yet.
The Russian roulette of growing... bagseeds. At least it gets you a little high and it's better than nothing
How long did you let it cure before trying it?

Well guys, its been awhile since I got on here and updated. Im doing alot of testing in the garden and just havent felt the urge to clog up the net with those sort of pics. Anyways, Im not going to be doing a 2 week rotation cycle, for the simple fact that the strains Im most interested in growing are not all 8 week strains. So basically Im going to take this leasurely, and just try to have at least 3 or 4 plants going (or even 6-8 if I continue to double them up in the pots), and have them spaced out 2-3 weeks if possible. I dont need to have a schedule down to a science. As long as I dont run out of smoke, im good!
So, not so happy with the Cannacopia C99xDC. Out of 10 seeds, 5 germed, only 3 of the germed sprouted, 1 was transparently thin and died, one was a male, and the last and only remaining seedling is about to be sexed. Im not trying to bring these guys down, but will probably be speaking to them soon and see what they can do for me. Im a positive guy and dont want to ruin anyones rep, and Im sure I'll be fine no matter what happens with it.
SOOO, heres the flower room as of 4/28. Got 2 Great White Sharks, 2 Trainwrecks, and one more little trainwreck clone who just got put in there.
GWS, began water only flush today, will probably harvest within the week! They smell nice, pleasant and softly fruity. Im thinking shes experienced a little nute burn and some heat stress?
And here are my Trainwreck girls. Im thinking they have experienced nute deficiencies and heat stress. Regardless, they are about 2 weeks from harvest and looking oh so silver. They smell rotten if you just hold it up to your nose, but rustle her around a bit and she reeks of lemon with a slight astringent smell. Cant wait for these to cure!
About to take the plunge as well! Thinking Im going to pick up a pack of Rez's SSSDHxG13. Would love to get a pack of Satori to go with it, but havent seen any on the boutique?

nice effort mate, but that amount of bulbs is definitely over kill for such a small space and will probs over heat it. you'll probs only need like 4-6 max. and you may have too many plants growing in there as you'll most likely need to LST to be able to fit them in once they're flowering, they tend to grow pretty rapidly and might be as high as your lights in only 6 weeks (from seed). best of luck mate

Its finally here. Harvest #1 from my first hydro cab. Again, this plant was an accidental bagseed cross of my own, was started from seed, switched to 12/12 about 2 weeks after sprouting. It is one of two plants that were started in the cab. About 63 days or so from showing sex, here we are. I dont want to say it smells like grapes just because its purple, but it definitely has a sharp, fruity smell, with a little bit of stank thrown in.
240g wet, plus some smaller popcorn and trim. I said I'd be happy with an O, but maybe I'll get 2 out of it
Now heres what Im worried about. Some of the buds right under the light grew up close to eachother. Does this look like mold or bud rot or anything I should be worried about? To me it just seems like parts dont have any pigment. But some parts are dark brown, and there were some brown and dead sugar leaves in this mix. should I snip this area off? if so, is it safe to add it to my trim to make bubble hash out of?

Chopped the GWS tonight. Saw a few pods I may have mistaken as balls, ghost white underneath some of the buds. But also found similar looking ones that had pistils coming out afterwards, so I think I was wrong.
I would have prefered taking her in another day or 3, but hey, shes still gonna be good! 206gr wet from the 2 plants in a 1gallon pot. Look at the difference in size though, both clones were from the same mother, not sure how that worked out, ahah
also, Im germinating my fem Lemon Skunk, now that I got all that space in the mother room

Hey again. Trainwreck is dried and jarred. 70g total. So about 107g total this time, and I still dont consider that a full harvest since I had 2 more pots in there while these were going. I guess it depends on how you prefer to measure perpetual grows. But even that would put me at .71gpw. Not bad for a noob. These things are packed with small trichs, sticky as hell, with big, airy foxtailed buds. Not the prettiest in the world, but I think a slight change to my nute line up will fill them out.
its a good thing my buds are too big to fit in my jars, right?
bigs jars are TW, small jars are GWS. Big yield difference this run.
So theres my first premium genetics harvest! good run for sure.
well guys, Im not sure how much I'll be updating this. Not alot of interest these days. I'll try to keep posted on harvests at least. Glad to share this with you guys, hope itll help someone out one day. I also need some time to hone in my photography skill, haha.

thanks guys! I think I'll end up updating this thread instead of my diary thread. More interest in here thats for sure. Thanks again guys, I'll keep you all posted. Ive got some great LST going on right now that I know how tall these babies get. C99xDC finally rooted, so heres my last chance for a mom of the strain. I'll be putting her in 12/12 probably next week
