Original Haze x Skunk#1 Grow

Here is my Sam the Sunkman OH x Skunk1. I currently have them under T-5 vegging and am running pure vida organic ferts. I will use some green fuse stimulators throughout the growth of the plants as well. Not all of these seeds were planted at the same time so that is why there is such a difference in size. Once I get clones grown big enough I will put them into bloom where they will be under 600 hps and 400 cmh.

With that all said I must say this is by far the fastest growing plant I have grown to date. It is just incredible!!! the roots that develop are also insane!!! Once i put this in my cloner there were roots out of this one first and prolific as well. I am vary exited to see what this plant brings! here are some photos so far.

Re-pot into larger containers if possible ,, this variety likes a large root base to produce the most productive harvests from. The 80-90 day plants are some of the best we've grown/smoked

I tried growing this once. One seed didn't sprout and the other 7 turned out male. But it grew like a beast.

I'm growing one as we speak. Great lil plant. Fast growing. But I have a totally different pheno than you. Mine is extremely stocky and indica-like.

Docleaf-ya i know i needed to re-pot two weeks ago when saw the root crawling out of the bottom way too early for the plant size, not to mention the rate these things grow at! You can almost see them move if you star long enough. These plants may get treated a bit rough as they are on the bottom of the peking order but may be moving up the ranks soon if things keep on going this well! Until I get them sexed they may be neglected. with that being said it looks like there should be some long flowering times in store, how long dose it take the pre-flower to show up from a clone on the longer flowering ones? and could you describe the Hight to what you experienced from your cut? Do ya have any pics? again thanks for the advice Docleaf.

Sparkie480- Ya I am a bit concerned at the potential size of these things I dont have high ceilings so i will need to tie these things like crazy. Nice pic, got one of the entire plant? thouse leaves look awsome. That one is goign to take you for a long ride I'd bet.

Shady- I would love to see that pheno, all I have seen are the sativa pheno in pics so far. I have a bunch more seeds as well to try for it so I would love to know how the smoke is also.

We grew Haze19xSkunk,, all from seed (over 1000) ,, the Skunk types showed sexuality upto 30days before the thai/colombian Haze types in lineage.

The height matched the genetic variation displayed, typically;

- 25% skunk types grow between 0.8-1.4m at 65-75 days

- 50% Haze/Skunk hybrid grow between 1.2-1.8m at 75-85 days

- 25% Haze types grew bewteen 1.8-2.5m at 90-110 days

- The 80-90 day hybrids were the most productive and gave the best smoke

ok i pulled her out to water this morning she didnt look so big in my garden also some bud shots she is at 10wk 4 days 12/12 born in mid sept 09 buds loose but geting bigger //also have a clone from her yes they will grow fast i slowed mine by after 10th or so node i toped it left 25% this slows height so side branches grow and they will// also start 12/12 soon as posible //also my clone showed flowers after a week if you wont keep it in the dark for 48 hrs to start it off leafs turn light green but will come back in a day or so i had 1 skunk pheno but turned male // i made seed with this one early on some of the buds i cut them from plant when they where done this is whats left i hope this helps

Wish I had some pics of mine. They got HUGE outside. Grew it two years ago and they are definately nice plants, and if you can find the right pheno, its killer smoke. About half of mine didnt finish outside due to the long flowering period, but the ones that did were pretty nice. Some skunky, one with purple buds, and one hazy pheno that was just COVERED in resin, the buds were literally pure white. Its definitely worth the wait for the longer flowering phenos. I dont advise growing outside unless your below, say, 40* north or south latitude, because they just take way too long and arent exactly weather resistant (very tall and lanky sativa, easily abused by wind and rain).

I am planing on setting ether sam skunkmans t*haze x skunk or original haze x skunk#1.
which one of these crosses would do the best outdoors . MID ATLANTIC USA STATES NORTH CAROLINA ECT. should i do a veg indoors and sex them first and then put out doors.
i want to grow this and one c99bx1 . how is the smell on thes crosses i hope not a big skunk smell.

Mine were quite skunky, some sort of sweet and fruity. I'd recommend starting them inside and sexing them before putting them out. And as far as the weather goes, these ladies need to go into mid november, so as long as it doesn't freeze or get stormy before then, they should be fine.

Ok a quick update. So far these things plants look great. They are by far the fastest growing plants in the garden! I kinda wish i planted all of the seeds at the same time so I could get a better comparison of each other but it is what it is. I have just had these sitting in ocean forest soil and have been feeding straight H2O because I heard these plants did not like to be fed a lot and it seems to be working out well! I have re-potted some into a gallon bigger bag then before. I have started to sex #3 and it looks like it may come out a male but I will keep updated.

Ok Folks i'm back from a long trip and have some pics to post. Since My last post I have discovered that all but one plant were male so I am down to one, but this one looks like a beast and I hope its the 90 day one, if not it should be close. This pic is a 40 days bloom. I did not want it to grow taller so as you can see I took up weaving I also wanted the root to get wider but not deeper so I cut the bottom half of the bag and planted in the tray with holes drilled in the bottom so we shall see how it goes.

So far this thing is insane, it almost grow too fast honestly! I ended up nuking some of my Blue moonshine and figured this one would be way worse but it actually handles high nutes vary well!
