"not the eye again!" some things are so funny i just have to remember the instance and i laugh hard all over again.
weather is good. 37F cloudy right now. not as cold as it was just mere weeks ago, really starting to shape up. didnt get ANY snow this year either...
i should shave my face, i look like a caveman. probably do the dishes, too. serenade me with your banter so i can come back between chores to laugh

me and my hillbilly buddy was sittin on my porch that kinda overlooks the river and im smokin a joint and he's drinkin a beer...we're between conversations just chillin when all of the sudden he jumps up,grabs the railing of the deck,leans over and ,in his hillbilly accent,screams....DROP THE POLE,DROP THE POLE!!well,needless ta say it bein so quiet and him jumpin and screamin starteled the shit outta me! i get up and look towards the river to see my 25 year old son runnin like hell towards us and away from the river,then i see he's got his fishin pole and its bent like he's got a 40 muskie on it! then i see it!! his lure is stuck to the side of a REAL pissed off racoon! and this fuckin thing is chasin him as he's scared shitless and runnin like hell! now this boy is 6 feet and 275 pounds! it hits him all of the sudden that he is draggin the pissed off coon after him and imediatly throws the pole and keeps on runnin. my buddy looks at me with the most serious face i've ever seen on him and said"whut the hell is wrong with that boy?!"
i laughed for six months every time i thought of his dumb ass runnin draggin that pissed off coon after his own ass!

ok here goes......some years ago i lived in the mountains out east and it was remote as hell. the only time i saw anyone is when i would make the day and a half hike down to town. i went once a year to sell my hides and rope i would make then i would buy supplys i needed then back home i went. well after a couple of years of this i started to want a woman pretty bad cuz i was up there all alone. so the third year when i went into town i asked the one guy who owned the supply store /tavern if there were any women i could buy for the day to which he informed me there were none,but,he said that for 25 bucks i could fuck old joe! i just kinda laughed and said i wasnt down with that shit and bid my farewell. the following year when i went back i inquired about a woman again and got the same offer for old joe. i gotta tell ya it was four years with out a woman so i asked,it would just be three people who knew rite,me you and joe? he looked at me and said only the five of us would know and i said FIVE!!?? he said yeah,you,me,joe and the two guys who were guna hold joe down cuz he wunt down with that shit neither!!.....not a true story by the way!
