GHS White Widow and DNA Genetics Kushberry (blueberry x og kush). Gonna germinated 5 of each, and pick out the best of 3 from each strain...so a total of 6...

Alright boys and girls, i have another update with impressive growth. We're nearing the two-week mark (the 30th) and then the nute dosage begins and hopefully they'll skyrocket. At this point i'd say i'm probably going with the 4 week mark to wait until i flip the lights. I want about 20" plants in veg, perhaps take a few clones and test drive my new clone chamber.
Impressive growth first:
first up we have the Fem'd Lemon Skunk, DNA genetics. She has really taken-off since sprout. She has gorgeous rounded leaves and a great, strong structure. Not too lengethy between any growth so far, strong internodes that don't sag, extremely impressed with this strain. This was a freebie too!
Next another top performer, Fem'd Power Kush from Dinafem. So far she has a very unique dark green hue to her, strong growth and very symmetrical sharp leaves. Another freebie!
This is my Fem'd White Rhino 1 from Green House Seeds, i was hesitant about the coated seeds (lost two seeds in germ) but the growth has been top notch. The leaves are dark green and the serrated portions almost pop out at you like some sort of magic eye. The leaves have a few contours to them but overall it's a very healthy looking plant thus far.
Fem'd Blue Cheese by Barney's Farm, was very eager to try this strain. So far it looks like it's the most reactant to waterings. While the others have been drinking it up and showing very strong plant structures, i've noticed a tiny bit of wilt to my Blue Cheese. Nothing to be worried about, just a note for later on. As you can see her leaves are very rounded.
Fem'd White Widow 1 by Green House Seeds (only survivor). Has a tiny bit of yellow on the tip of one of her leaves which i will continue to watch, perhaps she needs less water than the others, she's a tiny bit wilty so i will continue to monitor. One of the slower ones to grow, which is the opposite of what i've been told from other growers.
Fem'd Dutch Passion blueberry, this is my pride and joy. I've heard so many good things about blueberry i couldn't wait to try it out. She's not the fastest grower but she has a great plant structure so far. Very skinny, nice looking leaves, one of them has a little portion missing, i believe this to be a genetic trait, as i don't remember ever damaging it. It's stem has a bit of a curve to it, and it's actual leaves are very compact. Coming along slower than the rest but i've been told this is a nursing strain, not a power grower.
Last but not least, the runt! I was actually wrong about the runt in earlier posts, i miss tagged it. It's actually my Fem'd White Rhino 2 from Green House Seeds. It's chugging along, albeit slower than the rests, but it had a rough start. It's an extremely healthy shade of green and is working on another set of leaves. I'm glad i didn't toss her early.
Oh, and happy black friday, if only hydroshops participated huh?

Yeah i heard about the mutations, although usually positive things that aren't a giant deal. If it hermies i guess i'll just either pluck the balls off or make some seeds that i can plop whenever and just use as filler, if the smoke is good at least.
So far it's among the prettiest plant, so i'm hoping good things.

A lot of times them mutations in early life fix themselves as the plant gets older. If you have a hermy I would not mess with anything. Just take it out of the grow cab, the last thing you want is to get your gals pregnant. If you wanna save pollen to maybe fertalize a female later on, i'd save the pollen, but still eliminate it from the grow cab.

I'm not worried just yet, but we'll see as things get closer. My blueberry is one of the smaller plants now.

I transplanted all the plants last night, they're all in their final containers. I also lowered the light to about 6" above the canopy. This is how things are looking (I'm really going to have to figure out what to do with that humidifier, it's a tight fit in my tent right now!
