EDIT: You will be impressed by the Power Kush after a good cure. My wife hurt her back a while ago and uses this strain to control the pain at night. We chose Kushberry as one of the strains for the next grow because of the blueberry cross...I'm sure that will also help out with the pain.
EDIT EDIT: I was looking at my WW grow logs, and I had the same runt as you did. She is on the right @ day 16

I'm exactly a week behind you. So, I'm seeing the future of my babies. I've got Apollo 11, CindyHaze, Satori, LSD, and Afghan. I've got 400W too...but I've got a lot more room to work with (we'll talk about that later). I'm doing a VSCROG with hopefully 8-9 girls of the 12 I've planted (2 are fem seeds). If it works, I should get 2X the yield as opposed to a canopy.
You're doing a fine job. The soil looks great, you're adding humidity...there's a reason things grow great in the jungle. You've got more than enough light for that area... A perfect grow as seen by your pictures. With ONE problem...
I can't impress upon you more... You're GOING to run out of room. You need to switch to 12/12 NOW. I hate to tell you this, but your plants are growing TOO well. You need to slow them down. If you wait until they're 20" before you start them flowering...TWO plants won't fit in that tent! Forget about 7...!!!
You need a walk in closet for that many plants... That's the room I'm using...I've got more than 6X6 to work with.
Someone else mentioned it to you earlier...heed this advice! Start to LST and switch to 12/12. You need to check out the cabinet grows...with that many plants, you're dealing with the same space limitations. You should have planted 2-3 seeds, not 9.
Not hating, helping... I've been there. Can you afford another tent?

Those plants looked great at 16 days wow!
Kushberry is something i want to try sometime in the future, i've heard great things. As for the tent, i know i'm way in over my head here. i think that tent was made for maybe 4 plants in those size containers, and even then training would be tight haha. I was so used to my lowwwwwryders it completely slipped my mind. Seems i have 2 options, 1 veg them one more week at the most and flip. move two (probably the slower) into my clone cab with about 100~W of CFLs and maintain them, take clones, ect until the others are done. Realisticly i need another setup only with a DR80 to be my flower chamber! Now that i think about it i may look into that, i would really only need the tent and the light.
onders: Welp, i'm out another 400 haha.I'll leaning towards the later. You know your expert advice is always welcome. Looking forward to that grow log.
ibjamming Hey man! Thanks for stopping by, by all means man. i'm always open to suggestions, even moreso by experienced growers as i'm by no means an expert myself. I definitely think those who have expressed concern with the space issue is right. As i said above i probably will either veg them another week and flip or take my smaller ones and put them in another cab.

Okay advice time.
My largest plant is oh, about 5" right now. All the other plants are about ~1 to 2" inches within. I plan to complete 5 plants this grow, I have 36" or 3' of vertical growth room at the very most. Meaning If i were to veg this plant right now, it would have to grow 7 times it's size to reach the light.
I plan to flower for roughly 8 weeks (56 days). Basically what i'm asking is how long do you think i should veg under these circumstances?

You know my vote...switch now and pray you still don't get too big.
Going to 12/12 now isn't going to make it stop growing...but it will slow them down. They'll still only flower when sexually mature, after 5 sets of leaves or thereabout. But growing at 12/12 won't let them get big and beefy.
Like I said before, you're doing TOO GOOD a job growing these plants. They're perfect specimens. Either give them the space they'll need...or slow their growth. My WR got to 5ft and I started it flowering at about 15". What else do you have? WW? That get's even bigger.
Don't go by the 2X or 3X stretch rule...conditions matter, when you start flowering matters. You're not dealing with an auto plant here...these get BIG. You're going to run out of that 3ft really fast...and then you'll end up cutting it, at the wrong time. Train them now to stay low. Some LST, some supercropping.
Nine out of ten times, when someone is asked "lesson learned", it's not to veg as long. I know they look small now...but trust me...they're going to get a LOT bigger...even on 12/12 now. Who knows, you may be able to keep all 7 plants to the end.
But hey...it's your grow. Go and do what you were planning, learn for yourself. And next time, it will be you instead of me typing to someone wanting to grow 7 plants in a small tent. Telling them to go to 12/12 now...and not waiting another minute to switch. Because as humans, we MUST try it for ourselves, otherwise, we'll always wonder...

. Advice isn't always free, so i definitey appreciate your opinion. I definitely hear you, I think that i'll let them go another week and flip, and keep in mind i plan to move the two smaller ones to my other cab for the time being, it's not being used at the moment. This unless the growth is too aggressive and i'll flip them earlier.So it'll be 5 plants in an 'X' formation in the tent to give them a little freedom. As for the LST, definitely will look into that. I flipped my WW at day 33 from sprout...they were between 1 - 1.2 ft tall. Notice: They took up about a 3 x 3 area with them spread out some. I had to top the more sativa leaning pheno.
Now, take a look at how big they were at day 32 flowering:
a 5 gallon water jug next to them for perspective.
Bonus: I actually found the exact measurements of them each about 2 weeks before harvest:
The shortest was 1 foot 11 inches:
The rest: 2 feet 1 inch, 2 feet 5 inches (The runt), 2 feet 7 inches, 2 feet 8 inches (Sativa leaning pheno, which I topped).
Don't mean to hijkack your thread with pics, but I'd rather show what I mean than to just describe...after all a picture is worth a thousand words.
Now, it's up to you on what you want to do!

You have 2 cabs? Then split them and grow them out, switch to 12/12 next week and use them both. After they're all done, then you can go with your perpetual thing if you want. You started too many seeds for one... And you still have that 3ft height thing to worry about.

Alright, it's settled then, I'll flip the lights on the 7th, it'll be day 21. Now i have to mix new nutes!
And i'm glad you posted pics, no worries about thread jacking at all. Anyone can post their grows, i could not care less.
And ibjamming i have a micro cab which was my original cab and my tent, I've decided to start LST on my two smaller plants and move them to the cab. They should be just fine!

12/1 Happy December everyone!
New page, new update. Growth is continuing to explode! All plants are looking healthy which means they've responded well to the nutes, which is usually the first big milestone. Not only did they respond well, but they're drinking extremely fast.
In other news the good ole' scent of marry jane has started to slowly fill up the tent. The power kush has a very faint skunky scent, almost a classic cannabis smell, while the Blue Cheese has a strong, musky odor. The WW1 oddly enough has a very citrusy and robust aroma, fascinating indeed.
I LST'd these last night, and they've litterally already adjusted themselves towards the light. It's fascinating how fast plants work. I plan to keep these two maintained in my minicab until the bigger plants finish up. I will keep these in the tent for another week until the flip.

Plants look good nnepp. I just got a DR60. I dont have money for the HPS and Extractor so I am using my LED Panel to veg to see if I can save money. Come take a look. I got my chair and popcorn.
Also what do you need the humidifier?? Too much dry air around?? Also what are your temps inside the box?? I will be gettn almost the same setup as you.

Temps are around 79-83 constantly, that's without the inline fan cooling the hood. The two fans and humidifier i have in there keep the temps cool believe it or not. I was having a very hard time with humidity, so that explains the humidifier.Plants look good nnepp. I just got a DR60. thank you very much. Yeah Im tryin to keep temps around 78f constant. Humidity is ruffly 39% so I guess I gotta b doin wat u did .LOL
