Colorado Dispensaries: the good, the bad, and the ugly

If they are close enough i think i will stop by Highlands Health tomorrow. i just found out it looks like they are downtown. Maybe this weekend if the place isnt too busy..

also some sugar skunk from patients choice. Nice smell and taste weak high. alos got a lime sucker from PC. Was pretty strong kinda rung my bell.

Maybe he's not the accountant, maybe that girl went out the window into the dumpster.......then he stepped in and stole an identity. Probably better than sitting in her skin, these don't always dry out right.
Probably beats cross dressing, it rubs the lotion on it's skin. There are so many lotions, a lot of you fuckers hiding grows and you didn't help me out.
Not so happy about that, even a tiny 250 CFL is a huge score. Where's the COCA?

i think a buddy was saying they are trying to get a dispensary going in breckenridge..i love the mtns and the highlife..i always find real good nugg up there and should be real good stuff once a dispensary get open, if not already. there is good nugg everyplace if ya know the right peoplei keep hearing FTCO is the indoor grow meca of colorado so more shit should be coming out of there soon..i hope
There are some nice meds coming out of FOCO, but there have been for a long time. Also I heard TGA Subcool was local.
Good: In Harmony Wellness. They have quite the set up, 10 or so strains, clones, TGA beans, edibles, medicated lip balm! 
, and other goodies. They were very friendly and let me browse around, not just trying to get my ass out the door. Some of their strains looked average and some were very nice, I picked up DJ Short true blue, LGS, and Flo. The prices were reasonable, $15/gr across the board and no tax.
Boulder Alt Medicine. The guys there are super cool, but they are very busy so you feel rushed. And yeah they trim off the stems! They had a good selection, but the prices were high.
BAD: Releaf Center. The shop was nice and large and they had a wide selection, but the meds did not seem to be expertly grown (fluffy, and not trimmed nicely). But my main problem with this shop is their "standard paperwork". First off they make you sign a HIPPA release form, basically stating that you waive your right to confidentiality. The form specifically stated that they have the right to release your info to any law enforcement agency that asks for it. They also have you sign what they call a temporary caregiver form, which is identical to the state caregiver form. They will swear up and down that they do not submit it to the state to assign them as your caregiver. VERY SHADY! I would stay away from this place, not worth the hassle. Also watch when they copy your paperwork, and INSIST that they black out your SS#.
It is very nice to feel like we are making history in Co. and there are definitely some legit shops out there. It feels good to put the drug cartels out of a job, but I get the feeling that those same cartels are going 'legit' and will screw you over without blinking, so be very careful, and READ EVERYTHING you sign. Hopefully the Co dispensary scene will gravitate towards the folks who take pride in what they do and value quality and customer service over making a buck.

dude you need to send in a notarized copy of the "caregiver change" form to make any difference on who your care giver is, what they have you sign allows them to sell to you. And i never signed any"temporary" caregiver form.
I just left releaf with some really nice Blue dream and Headband. both looked expertly grown. and the headband has stunk up my house.
have not given the meds a try tho, and when i do i will be able to give you a full assesment. Prices were a little high, 108 for A grade pot. but like other places that opened up around 420, the prices have dropped like crazy.

would you like to see locally made seeds in the dispensaries??
no shitty, non feminised seeds, mainly hybrids of one form or another..that are medical grade not consisting of your "top 40" mainstream crap.

a quick heads up about the people on craiglist...
i know some are for real because i have read positive reports in this thread, but be careful! a friend of mine recently got jacked for quite a bit of cash trying to meet up with a guy in denver offering GDP i belive. although i doubt it will do much good, the phone number the guy was using was 720-377-8295 and the caller id read garcia, brittan..... avoid this guy like the plague.

Seems to be the general consensus... There are a couple real nice ladies and gents just waiting for this gang bang to proceed...who am i to deny them this plant given right.
I'm glad you like what they have, the product wasn't bad, just not as good as others I have found. The book that they have you sign specifically says that you waive your HIPPA rights, and they can release your info to law enforcement. Not my cup of tea, but if it works for others more power to you.

I went to S.E.C.A.M. in Franktown a couple days ago.......very nice guy, just opened this week.....purple candy sent me for a loop last night, strong........not a huge selection of bud, 4-5 kinds but if you are out that way check them out, nothing over $60 8th, $20 a g.....call to get directions as its kinda hard to find
