i've never grown the P91 just smoked it a bunch of times...one my bro's whos grown a bunch a APE's cuts says that the P91 wasnt the legit old school cut...

thats my only source for that info..other then that i have no idea..did he get a new cut of it? my bro hasnt ran that cut from APE probally over a year maybe year and a half ago

Spicoli is it really potent like ZzZzZZ status ? Dude if he has the real cut i'm all over it

i can 100% assure ya that the P91 APE has is legit.
I have seen it grown in many different setups, and it ALWAYS finishes with that stanky p smell

My only concern is that I might not have the p-91 APE keeps. I only dealt with c2g once so I dont know how good they are at keeping things labeled correctly. I think we all have had an instance where we thought we had a particular cut only to find it was really something else. A little confirmation from those who know ( yep...thats you JS ) is always comforting....especially since I went through the trouble of making beans with her.

gt-if she is late in flowering you should be getting the yellow and red leaves by now. at least that seems to happen everytime we run it indoors. thats one way for us to tell wether a cut is legit or not. plus, all the scraggly ass growth on the lower part of the branches-another trait.

I've GOT YELLOW leaves for sure! I did a bunch of undergrowth cleaning awhile ago so....sounds good!

GT, I also got my cuts from c2g but when I had the chance to speak with Ape he told me that they were originally from him also. I'm pretty sure that we're dealing with the real thing. This is my first experience acquiring clones and have to say it was really a treat. The Strawberry Creme I picked up from c2g at the same time is thriving and ready to flip also. I'll keep my eyes open here for more pics as we get further along.

Hi all, been away for a bit but I have seeds forming on the TW and SD. I will get pics up tomorrow....got a Green Ice at 42 days that's that best and biggest I've had yet, she looks done already at 42, its awesome. Peace

stopped by PNC and got a bunch of fun new strains to toy with, I'll def have to get some pix of the progression of em.

so is the consesus that ape still has that P91 cut? I was just thinking about that the other day seeing all these "91 super magic kush" "91 this" and "91 that" at the collective, if it was a p91 cross. (hey i can be optimistic right? )

instead its just marketing (suprise suprise!)

they say its just a different kush grown by a different person in a different place (no really? I thought we all grew together)

thats whats kind of shitty about people exploiting the med scene, they will slap whatevers popular on the title as well as a $60 price point.

the difference between "91 malibu" and "91 santa barbara" could be the world of a difference in true strain heritage. however if its just some "og kush" that a different vendor brought in, it should be called "og kush" not some fancy unicorn name to sound cooler then the strain below it on the menu.

I have a lot of friends in the medical community and I just hate hearing "oh man this is the best batch of this kush they have ever had! WAY better than last weeks!" the only thing is, every weeks is better then the last.....

Lets make SD's medical scene the scene to beat. I know theres going to be collectives that have all these unicorn strains however if SD offers LEGITIMATE strains with no bullshit, no unicorns, just really good batches of really good herb (which is all the unicorn is anyways), then were left with a quality product that needs no hype to begin with

being in the medical section may allow the mods to look the other way, im not sure....im sure we will hear if its something not allowed. i think jj or one of the other mods said it was alright as long as it was a dispensary and not just a couple growers talking bout swappin/selling. lets all just keep it low key on PNC till we find out for sure......

If patients need menu updates they can visit PNC forums on weedtracker or hydrocanna those should link you directly to PNC forums.

PNC doesn't want menu's clogging up this thread even if its allowed

actually, i sent SCF a pm asking if its okay. think this thread would be a great place for the occassional update if its allowed. they have a huge catalog there, but seeing how the majority of thier strains are staples, couldnt hurt to hear about new stuff now and again. many of the strains they have can be seen in all thier glory here in the thread so why not.
---however, socal clones would be the obvious choice for regular menu updates. and as you can see by checkin the thread, many posts follow each update, so i have a feeling it will add many pages to an already very long thread.
---maybe we can have one of the PNC regulars(just saw the signature of fader vader-how bout i nominate you if ya dont mind) volunteer to give us a once weekly update on the stock(i always like knowing whats available!), but keep most of updated stock talk over at the socal clone thread. this thread, and the regular posters here, are probably a great source of info on these strains, and this thread would be a good place to ask questions, advice, etc on said strains. making it longer with a lot of shop talk just makes it harder to find the info already there, which will lead to more posts asking questions answered numerous times already, which would make the thread even longer, etc.

Everyone loves updates! And we really do appreciate the enthusiasm, but the PNC menu changes through out the day and drastically will flip flop through the week, just a lot to update and don't wanna jack and clog a beautiful thread when there's a more appropriate place for them.

Please do grow and show, we encourage it! You can reference PNC and its menu or even post up some menu changes if you think its noteworthy, i didn't mean to sound so harsh by any means
