And to correct you again, it is not a hermie if it is selfed, a hermie is a plant with BOTH genders, and those are pretty rare, I've seen about 3 in 14 years of growing. As the Cheese does not have an intersex trait, recressive or otherwise, the offspring will not either, so the term hermie has no place when discussing the selfing of the Cheese cut, let's be clear on that. Beside hermie is not a term that should be used to describe any plant with an intersex trait as that is different genetically from a hermaphroditic plant.
