If your child lies to you repeatedly when do you punish them?
If your child steals from you when do you punish them, 20 cents, $100, your car, when?
Your child is your creation, you own them until they turn 18, they must do as they are told.
Government was created by man, it owns it, it has authority over it NOT the other way around, the created CANNOT be greater than the creator just as man cannot be greater than God which gave us all free will and therefore does NOT claim authority or ownership over us, the government puts itself above God which cannot be, it states this in the Bible which their system is based on, again they do not follow their own rules.

I look forward to following all future advice from the renowned legal scholars ‘the Battler’ & ‘Schultzey’ - arguably the two greatest legal minds Australia has ever produced. What a find! So pleased they’ve taken time from their busy schedules - from advising heads of state and multinational leadership teams to guest lectures at Harvard & Oxford, and the occasional sausage turning in the backyard to give us this pure, pure gold!

Much like the misrepresented theories in this thread, Frosty. A laugh.

That is, right up until someone attempts to use these 'principles' in the courts, standing defiantly before a judge, asserting they know the law better than the judge...

At which point, the humor will likely miraculously vanish, much like the pro se pro per defendant's liberty..... or money..... depending on the circumstances and the case before them.

Not sure why Schultzey reads "WHERAS the people" as "We, the people" either? Different words; different meanings. Australian constitution is nothing to do with the American. I thought language was important to pseudo sovereign citizens?

What's more he states that the crimes act only relates to crimes committed by public officials but it clearly isn't the case (6:21); offences against government, offences by and against public officers, forgery, just to name a few.
