The trophy/achievement stuff was in games before social media. I dono why it´s needed here, but I guess some people like this kinda thing.
XBOX and Steam had achievements. Sony Playstation has Trophies, bronze, silver, gold and platinum.
I´ve know guys who play/grind games just to unlock em, even if they don´t particularly like said games.
You gotta have goals in life.
Then you can brag to chicks who say they are models.. On Instagram.
Say shit like, Oh, I´m a sniper.. In Call of Duty, XBOX. Wanna see my stats?
Why not?

The trophy thing, it looks like Unclefishsticks is the most popular, well-loved guy on the site, I could never match his achievements, so why even try? 
I'm surprised at the number of Private Messages the really popular kids get/send, maybe I'll start working that system.
............ and if I get my avatar back (my identity!) that will help also.

I think advanced search like that might only work on new content made on xenforo, and not the old threads that are imported as they were, with old data that was converted?

Also, the only problem I see with achivments is that it maxes out at a low number (100 something), that most of us older users seem to have passed ages ago. Not fun. We should be able to get into the millions of points like in old forum!!

you can check the PMs at the top right corner, right next to your members name. It´s the little envelope symbol
Any sticked threads that had not been replied to in the last 2 years were unsticked.
If they are really needed Mods can add them back or make new ones but some nodes had 5 or more sticked threads with some having not been replied to since 2006.
Some were from old or deleted users. It was a good time for a bit of a clean up.

Really loving the new site so far, so happy to see a large format photo uploaded! was curious how I post a photo and get it to show up on the post not as just an attachment. I see other people have no problem I’m just having trouble figuring it out, just looks like this when I attach a file.
Mad respect to all the people who helped redo the new version of the website and all the folks who spent there free time testing out the bugs. Thank you
Edit: I figured out how to put a photo in, I just have to compress the photo down smaller on photoshop like usual, then when I put the photo in icmag in the add attachment area, it shows the buttons in the image that asks if I want to submit it as a full size image.

Sorry if any threads you relied on were unstuck. I'm going to put together a list of proposed changes for the layout of nodes (forums) to try and trim some of them down. Along with this will also be suggestions on what to do with sticky posts and how to best manage them. A lot of nodes have a crazy number of sticky posts which make it hard to find newer posts, obviously this is a balancing act because you don't want to remove stuff that is very important.
More on this to come down the line.
