Sharp Prov FTW. When making really any kind of sandwhich the sharp prov has a way of cutting thru the sandwhich and mixing with hot meats to make such a freaking delicous blend.

Cheese Steak w/sharpp and maybe a few other cheeses

on eggs - usually american - sometimes mozzarella - and third choice is swiss

on sandwiches - swiss or provalone

on pizza - sometimes goat cheese sprinkled on that shiz

warm melty brie on apple slices + almond slices is great

salads - goat cheese, maybe a little feta, or blew crumblies

there's gotta be more though..not sure what to try next
