Hindu Kush

Wow I thought it was me...always had good luck with germing beans....

I was gifted a pack of Sensi Hindu Kush and out of the pack only had 3 pop, luckily I found a keeper...nice big fat deep green/blue leaves with a heavy peppery fragrance in veg...and in flowering she really turns it on!!!

Just crossed her with a Sour Slam male...a herijuana cross...

Peace

I got ripped off by sensi seeds a few times I will never buy any of their stuff ever again I guess they used to be one of the best but now their just trying to make as much money as they can without givng anything that is worth the money their charging I would stay away from those ripoffs at all costs

Our world itself is changing. I have my own strains that I have created and grown for years and have not changed the genetic makeup of and they now finish much later. Strain of my own that used to finish Oct. 15th in Mendocino are now most likely to finish mid November. People who breed for outdoors and spend their time working these plants outdoors with complete dedication will tell you that there is something very wrong with Mother Nature these days. We as mankind should really be worried.

you confirmed what I have been suspecting for a long time, that aliens or humans from the future are tampering with the time line and with time itself. :D
Notice that a year seems to go by a lot faster than it used to? I do! It seems they shortened the amount of time that it takes for each second to elapse, and are manipulating events, making things unfold in a way other than they should. I know certain famous people that are still alive that I knew died years ago, they changed things and I am the only one that seems to realize it! ;) :D
Only partially kidding here, I am exaggerating a little but still think something funny is going on! peace

edit: oh the hell with it, why pretend I am kidding here just to save a little face. I am dead serious, something not right here somewhere, and no I am not on or need meds for my head, other than the good herb.

those sensi from clone, are the seeds they came from recent or old? Old and it confirms what some are saying that all the newer stuff of the last several years to 1 decade are junk. But if those clones came from seeds sprouted in the last 1-3 years, maybe it is the fault of some vendors and they still do produce good stuff. I would like to get to the bottom of this as well, as I would one day like to try much of their stuff. starting with the cheapest, but really want the Mother's Finest, NL x Haze, Maple leaf indica, early and silver pearls, NL, maybe others too. It seems more say it is not worth it, but I hope they are wrong, no offense.

When he got the seeds is more important than where he got them:chin:.

ok let's see, the clones are quite old mostly... the jack flash was selected 10-12 years ago from "knospe" (founder of the german forum hanfburg) from 12 packs with 15 seeds per pack...

the jack herer i picked up at a growshop in a small city in holand in 2006 as a clone, but i suspect that this selection is quite old and goes back to the 90ties...

about the silver pearl i have to correct myself, it is not a sensi seed clone but still from positronics, i was told it was picked up in rotterdam as a clone from the head of the positronics (my friend couldn't remember the name, but would be wernard bruining) a while ago...

the black domina was selected from seeds by a friend of me in 2007, he grew a few packs and kept 2 mums, still has one mum of it - this is one of the strongest (if not the strongest) indicas i ever smoked...

the superskunk seeds i grew i bought in 2004 in amsterdam at sensis, brought most of them over for a friend but kept 3 seeds myself, got 1 male, 1 herm and 1 female, the female was classic superskunk, no doubt about that... i really liked that one, easy to grow, good yields, nice sour fuity skunky aromas and a solid happy (skunk) buzz... (btw about the herm i can't tell if it was a full blown herm - it seemed female but developed a single male flower - reason enough for me to kill it ;) )

the skunk #1 seeds i bought in 2005 in a growshop in austria, bought two packs (15 or 16 seeds per pack), all sprouted and grew into nice skunks, some were better than others - ( a few were too leafy for my taste and some lacked vigour, but that's normal in any line...) btw my friend that did the black domina selection selected a skunk # 1 that is really incredible (from recent seed stash, don't know the year exactly) it's quite similar to the jack flash selection (jaggen) pictured above - only missing that incense touch the jaggen has, but the lemon is there, i think it's the more mexican leaning side of the skunk line - that plant would be a keeper in many gardens i'm sure of that...

the jamaican pearl and early skunk seeds i bought together with the skunk#1 seeds, only grew them outdoors, got what was promised, though both aren't my favorite strains...

so you see there's quite a range of time covered with this ;) and i really could not see a decline in quality :)

i'm doing a haze selection soon and am in the lucky position that i will be gifted some nl x haze seeds that are 10+ years old (my friend just finished a big selection of jack herer seeds from the same time - also safed a indica-leaning male for me so i can produce some f2s of the indica-line of jack herer :) ) maybe i can somehow afford a pack of the fresh nl x haze to do a comparison...

Last week i was watching a part of Howard Marks Video Diaries where he visited the Cannabis Castle with grow rooms and where Ben showed the G13 to him.I dont know if they still use the Cannabis Castle as breeding facility.

I still have the Jamaican Pearl in the garden (52N) and the seeds were from 2005, not much germinated, but this strain is very strong against moulds. Its not really a strain for outdoor for the latitude where i live, but a good strain for sativa lovers although i must say i havent smoke her yet.:joint:

Namaste :smoweed: :canabis:

The nl#5 looks really nice, so sticky its like a sweet. You could eat it. Can't wait to get my nl#5/haze seeds in even more now. Only about a week or two at the most to go too until i have space to germ them.

Lookin good SideshowBob, All those Sensi strains look great! good to hear you might have an older NL5 xH as well,I so miss the Mum I had of her til late 90's. I was also lucky enough to smoke bud from sensi's NL5 clone in the early 90's and it was hands down my favourite Indica ever, that clone made gold with all the boys she met...Legendary cutting 4 me,always will be! Nice work! JBo

during all this time, i still have 2 keeper phenos of black dominas from 10 seeds, and im lucky cuz only 6 germed, doesnt realy smell as it used to. one smells like fresh dank raspberries, the other is more , fuck i cant even expain it right now, but it wasnt like this 5-15 years ago. just recently. the keepers arent there the way they used to be, thats all ive noticed. i started th post to see what everyone else was saying about their experience, not to flame strains,d

Hmm raspery black domina sounds divine... i tried both mums that my friend selected and both had that very typical afghan smell and taste (earthy-piney-hashy) to them, as i don't like these afghan aromas they weren't keepers for me... but it was really potent herb...

(btw the same for me with many other indica strains that many people really love... sensi star - grew 8 diff. females from seed not one that really suited my taste, white russian - very well selected clone that is around in germany, just can't stand the smell/taste, k2 also a well selected clone and some others like the og kush x sour diesel i tried, or the nl#5 clone, not that intense afghan smell/taste but it's there in the background... all of those were good herb but not my cup of tea...)
