I take my fiskars micro tips, take the spring out, cut a link off each side, re-bend the ends and put it back together. Half the travel and pressure required makes it much more comfortable, faster, etc etc.
I also find it advantageous to remove the lock latch since they like to accidentally lock them close mid cut sometimes.
I also take them apart and sharpen them.
Note: If you ever break a pair of fiskars you just email them a photo of the broken tool and they'll mail you a new one.

I've tried several types of scissors, ARS etc and wasn't that happy. Used a spinpro once and that took lovely weed and turned it into shit lol
For large stems I use Felco pruners #8 ergo I think
