Fresh frozen boudin balls brought from Louisiana by my daughter, with a bit of a homemade proper
remoulade sauce on top.

Late breakfast/lunch, with freshly ground French Roast bean coffee, strong, and 40% heavy whipping cream.

Now, to town to get 4 vials of blood drawn. I should be charging them.

cold fried chicken, deviled eggs, and straight outta the skillet potato pancakes fried in mixed butter/peanut oil. peach cobbler and french vanilla ice cream for dessert. not sure if it's really french, seemed friendly enough to me. finishing up my second dessert now, tasty weed. :smoke:
