Wow, first I've heard of this case.
He has a very strong argument that's been bolstered by the Nutt sack fiasco and Alan Johnson's commentary in the media.
I certainly hope he will win, but I'm not holding my breath. Simply because the result of victory would be full blown legalization overnight, and I can't see the government letting that happen -- even if they have to invent some new legislation to stop it. But man, I would love to see him win this one.
