If i travel all the way from Canada to find that i cant buy smoke at the Cannabis cup im going to be pissed, im not going to be criminal and bring my own. This sounds way to dumb to actually happen. Tourism in A'Dam is kept alive by the smoke that is avail in your shops. Doesnt every shop see a 10:1 ratio of tourists over regulars in A'Dam?
I personally have never even seen a Dutch person raise their voice - Much less get violent... Unless there was Alcohol involved...
It IS the scourge... When it goes bad...
If one can handle drinking.... Good on 'em. I do not think we are addressing these people.. I loves my Tequila/Mezcal, or Clear Absinthe.
Alcohol is often used as an alibi for bad behaviour. And that amounts to Personal Non-accountability.
Otherwise known in Northern California as every-day Lame-ass behaviour. Business as usual. Bizzaro Land.
