^ awesome news! there have been a few cases in norcal where guns were found during compliance checks or raids, and as long as they are legally owned they are not prosecuted for them. they are looking for ILLEGAL guns....
anyways..the DOJ form states "are you an unlawful user of cannabis...." under state law you could say no truthfully since we use it in compliance with state law, but the DOJ form id federal so technically we are committing perjury..
however if they were to make a big deal about it, just lawyer up and keep your mouth shut. im sure it wouldnt be that much trouble....
