I seen a 2x4x6 steel shelf at Home Depot that would work great for a two level SOG grow or Cuts, Seedling...

Not sure if in Au or NZ but if you do not have a grow store might try an Aquarium Shop as they use T5's and PLL's, especially saltwater...

PLL are over driven T5's lamps basically and have a remote ballast, more compact to fit Aquarium Hoods so shipping might be cheeper...

I've been running a 400w CMH in an old C13 cab and the heat sucks. I also have a New Wave 2foot 8bulb fixture that I'm for sure going to be replacing it with. When I do, I'm looking to join the club.

all under a 4' 8 bulb t5 and i LOVE it. nice growth. very healthy. couldnt ask for more except maybe a strain that finsihes in three weeks and yields a lb lol

T5's can grow some nice buds, especially those T5 High Output... Such nice bulbs!

we tried flowering under t5's in our tent 4'x4' with 14 4 footers... we were very disappointed in how slowly the bud sites were developing compared to our flower room which has 3to 4 1000 watters...after 4 weeks brought em into the flower room...

seeing how u guys r flowering under em...we mite give it another shot...

Zach... T5's are best with canopy control (SOG or SCSOG) and not growing trees but if you put 6 - 432w (2592w total) fixtures in the space, one each wall and two over head you could do it very well for less then the 3/4000w lamps you normally use....

Some times less is more...

Total cost on my Mama AK-47 grow come's right in at $120 total, two months veg, three months bloom, Nutes, Fans and all...

Numbers are in... Mama AK-47 throw 10.2 zips Top Bud and 5.7 zips Sugar Bud, so just under 1LB total or $7.50 a Zip...

Jesuchristo! You got a pound from 432w of T5HO?! You are the man! In fact I'll go ahead and start bowing down to you.

komboloi... Main thing is it did not fit in well with the Bubblegum as it's a very slow grower and the Bubblegum took over so I ran out of room. Popped 5 seeds and all 5 come up, one stalled at just putting out a root so I hit it with light nutes and it took off but was way behind the others so now I had three different heights to work with. Got 3 girls, 1 boy and 1 that showed balls on the trunk but started throwing white hairs on the main leads all in Veg so it freak me out and I dumped the 2 males and the straggler. Got the two in the photo left but I'm doing a seed run on the Bubblegum and do not want to risk that so probably visit WR on another day...

Hush... No bowing necessary, just grab some T5's and hold on. Side Note... Following your cab build and was wondering if your building a cab or wind tunnel with that 6" fan...lol
