would love too see that Jihad in bean form sum day SG1.... sounds like an amazing piece of cannabis history.....

I will have 3 separate seed crosses with Jihad so far.
Dark Jihad - Blackwater x Jihad
Khalisi - The Purps x Jihad
And also a few stray seeds from Halo 2x to play with.

Jihad lacks in sweet scent, of which I crave, and a peppery hash flavor, which is unique but want more flavor.
The Mendo lineages should give her the boost in those areas.

Once I start my pheno hunting with these, I'll start back crossing her.
I will let you know when I have something to release, but need to test a bit more before I'll drop them to the server fund.

Thanks for stopping by, and for your compliments.

Goblin is the reason I believe in luck.
Very few beans to get her, and her crosses are really starting to show high quality.

As far as the grape ape, time and weather will tell how good she is.
Came from a local buddy that says she does real well.
Getting a cut from someone that doesn't BS you is the best way.
Been to many MMJ meetings, got cuts that were crap.
Most cuts are bagseed with a fancy name.

Man you deff need high desert strains in the YAK.
Get cold as hell quickly, but also gets the extra sunshine not gotten to the west.

Always looking for testers

What can be better than a sunny day, working outdoors and planting me some ganja?
Answer: Nothing of course.
Weather is a perfect 75-80F and looks perfect for the next week.

I'm only gonna update about every 2 weeks.
Weekly becomes mundane and can't really see progress.

So anyway, got 7 into their spinners today.
The 2 smallest ones will be left in their freshly TP'd 3 gal pots.
Small plants shock too easy when going from 1 gal pot into spinner.
Just can't handle the soil that young.

First up are the youngest with Jihad and Blue city diesel

This is Dark Goblin

Goblin Queen #2

Goblin Queen #1

Nocturnal #6

So anyway, there's the girls.
They're ready to kick booty.

As you can see, got lots of last years leaves, not broke down yet.
Lift it up and it's loaded with worms, munchin their asses off.
Here's the benefits.

Ground cover for water conservation.
Worm food.
Long term compost supply.
Free compost and EWC tea with every watering, all summer and fall.

Free is a very good price, is it not?
Thanks for all that follow along.
Another update in 2 weeks.

Nope, have not.
I have a few seeds that are labeled pre-98 BK, but am doubtful they're the real deal.
So easy to give a name and number to a seed.

It has always bummed me out about the rock hard nug plants I've grown up here.
The denser weed always molds first and last to finish.

I may try one day, but would rather wait to get a proven cut that has shown to grow well in the soggy PNW.

Everything I grow has been selectively bred for resistance to cold fall rains.
With the weather comes the molds, so I keep away from strains that may be wasted from the elements.

When are you gonna add motors so they're spinning all day? I'd love to have it spinning fast enough where the branches just begin to centrifuge out.

I gotta keep my guns in shape.
Automation = lazy Mo Fo
I like to work, makes me thinner, feels good, sleep great, you name it.
You ease the work load through proper planning and technique.
I still lift my pots for water needs (indoor of course) even though quite heavy (17 gal).

I've got spare spinners if you'd like to come over, give you a good ride :dance013: .

Lets take a look at the girls eh?
It's been 17 days since updating last.
I went on a 3 day camping trip (RV) to the Oregon coast.
Funking awesome, relaxing time.
Sand in my toes and shit, loved it.

So anyway, time to show what little I got.
6 of the last 17 days were sunless, just grey skies, doesn't help much.

I'll start with a coastall shot of the Oregon Pacific, couldn't help myself.

This is Mother Goblin Girl (original cut)
A bit small, but she'll catch up.

This is Dark Goblin

Next is Goblin queen #1 first pheno run (yes there is a 2nd run)

This is Goblin Queen #2, first run.
In the shadows at the time, O well!

If anyone needs to be reminded of the breedings, let me know.

Update continued in a bit.

Update continued.

This is Jihad, smallest in the yard, just planted 3 days ago.

This is my old Afgooey cut.
Mother and grandmother to many of my stuff.

This is Hillbilly's cut of Grape Ape.
Nice plant.

Blue City diesel

And lastly, the biggest plant in the yard.
This is Nocturnal #6.
If it's half as dank as indoors, gonna be great.

I'm gonna be starting the trellising and ladders for support soon.
I'll update again in about a week.
Got a lot of indoor stuff to update in the mean time.
Peace and keep em spinning.
