I wasn't sure it was real. Thats why I brought it here. When I said "point to your facts" its more like "please show me this is fake". You must admit it does look real.

It was around 4 in the morning when I posted that...hadn't slept well in a couple days.

Thanks for pointing that out to me. Even I can accept a simple mistake.

Note: I even asked trouble to discuss for the reason that I wasn't sure it was real.

I researched it just now and YES! its FAKE!


Mala tempora, thanks for pointing that out man. But still, 9/11 and other conspiracy theories have real facts backing them up that you can't deny. And I was skeptical on this video. Who is jim marrs?

Who cares if it's fake...it's within the realm of possibility...and that's the scary thing. It's an idea you brought up...sure, this video is fake, but you can take this thread and discussion in the direction of what could be, or is happening right under our noses. Conspiracy...and yes that's real.

And yeah it is in the realm of possibility but it just ain't real. The patriot act and banker bailout is very real though...

Miss Blunted (indirectly) points out a fascinating state of affairs: the real sad tale of this thread is that people are already willing to believe the absolute worst excesses from our current political masters and that is a state of affairs without precedence in my 48 years on this dusty little orb. Our current political masters routinely threaten us with all manner of government action. Just this week the administration's spokesman said if we didn't pass Cap & Trade then the EPA would regulate our economy using the "command and control" approach. For those of you youngsters, "command and control" is a euphemism for socialist and communist economic policy management - a means of political economy management that has always been a failure (compared to free-market capitalism over the long-term horizon). The fact that people believe (me included) the current administration is perfectly capable of taking our rights and liberties is astounding and should give true liberals pause and concern.
