whack a 120mm pc fan blowing onto your 150w hps, preferably with an inlet close by to the fan or even using the 120mm as an inlet, maybe finding a better fan which can take more static pressure through your filter,
Hmmm I'm not sure I understand, rada. Your carbon filter is at the wrong place by the looks? You need the carbon filter at the exhaust for the lower section so the smell of the plants gets cleaned. You want a fast free flow of air thru the top section to cool the light/ballast etc and that air doesn't need filtering.
How come you're using two sheets of glass? It also looks like regular window glass. I'm pretty sure the glass pane designed for the hood is 2mm thick. I think a 150 would have a hard time with so much thickness?
I've probably missed something. I'm sure you've got it under control and good luck with the sprouts.
Edit: Also is that blue LEDs in the fan? You will want to snip the wire to them or else they'll be on in lights off.
