now his mom is now trying to cash in on trying to trademark his name....

Does that tattoo say "Nana" and have a picture of hands clasped in prayer holding a rosary? Well there's your smoking gun right there.
Also, "Made Nigga" is the title of a Tupac song. There is no proof of any gang affiliation but even if there was, that's beside the point that he was unarmed and just walking through a different neighborhood before being accosted.

we are not considered a minority because of our place of origin, we are classified as Caucasian but on the census we can state we are Hispanic of European decent iirc

He spoke to an operator who is NOT police (but a Public Safety Communications Specialist) who informed him that following TM was not necessary. The police never ordered him to not follow.

So much wrong with the way you think. You do realize a "white" person is many times more likely to be a victim from a black person than white, right? Sorry if that fact hurts but it's true. So if I were the only white person on a subway downtown Atlanta at night would it be so blatantly racist of me to at least understand that I might need to be a little careful when and where I get off the train and perhaps who follows me off? well it seems you missed a lot of my posts then. Like the ones where I talked about all the other people that were racists that I have met that were not white.

Also you are comparing apples and oranges. TM was in a neighborhood in the day, with tons of people around.

Furthermore If you are not carefully or weary of anyone in the subway with you alone at night then you are not to smart, and i have zero sympathy.

Truthfully I have had a lot more problems and potential confrontations with idiots red necks with Texas Trophy Hunters Club stickers on their trucks than I ever have with any black, Latino, or whatever persons in my life. Even the most stereotypical, "gangsta" ones, and I have been around the block to say the least. I used to get bricks from the most gangsta ass Mexicans you could meet. there is several reason there is more white victims.
1. there is just more white people in general. Hence the term minority is not used for us.

2. is because there is more naive white idiots out there. traditionally white people grow up in better areas. They are too busy on their cell phone and not paying attention. Not being observant. 4. also then think.... how many times did the black guy just get blamed? I will give you a personal example.

When I was a teen growing up in the suburbs Some black kids that also sold weed in the neighborhood robed us, so in retaliation kicked there asses and stole all their car stereos, speakers and head rest screens. then one day they caught us outnumbered big time. We had to get in the car and run, they chased us. The cops pulled us both over quickly. there is a ton of cops in my home town. we thought we were fucked because we still had their stolen sit in the trunk. Also i had a traffic ticket warrant.

what happened next is so fucked up. the black kids ratted us out and the cops searched the trunk. He found all the shit of course and we lied and said it was ours. He just took my word for it.

Well one of the black kids had a traffic warrant too. He didn't even go check to see how the holes in their dash lined up perfectly. The cops just arrested all the black kids and let us go. nodded at me. gave me my license back, and told me to go pay my ticket.

Furthermore we were the biggest weed and mushroom dealers that side of town, and everybody knew it. that shit was so racist it was not even funny.

I would disagree that there was no cause to be suspicious. There was a string of crimes in that community in the 13 months prior to this incident and the perpetrators were "usually black males." This info is from the statement of a resident (who happens to be a person of color) of the community, named Ibrahim Rashada.

The only reason that TM didn't have a criminal record was because of his age - he had already been picked up with what could be construed as burglary tools and jewelry. 'Course, maybe having 12 pairs of earrings with him just made him feel good.
