Amongst some freebies i recieved were seeds labeled 'OgSK'.

I set a couple off recently and got this female. She is 21 days into 12/12 flowering and is over 5ft tall, thats with a lot of training too as it stretches like crazy during veg and flower.

I have a couple of cuttings from it and they took quite a while to root, maybe 3 weeks and a few of those didnt make it.

Its an attractice plant, very sativa growth pattern and thin bladed leaves. It didnt take much water at first but now its a way into flowering it requires a regular watering.

Smells of Lime and Tropical fruits at the moment, the tropical smell is not unlike the Silver Surfer, of which i have a seed plant in the same grow.

Any info to share on this one would be great, med-man.

Thanks for the freebies, they have all been well worth the time so far.

Thanks m-m,

I found that thread, theres pics that look almost identical to my plant at the same stage of flowering. The finished bud shots Edro posted look great. I think it would make a fantastic plant for growing scrog style, though my space will not allow that as i wouldn't be able to access the plants at the back.

Really looking forward to watching mine come along. If you ever release it i think Fruity Pebbles would be a great name!

I will post up pics every 10 days or so to show the progression during flowering.

Cheers.

Here she is at 5 and a half weeks flowering. She is huge and this will be the last time i can get her out to photograph before harvest because the plant is so big.
The smell has changed from tropical fruit to fuel drenched ripe tropical fruit. Smells amazing and is over powering everything else in the tent.
Looks like she is going to be a large yielder and could maybe run up to 10 weeks flowering time. We'll see.

Here she is just before harvest after 67 days of 12/12 flowering. The plant could have gone a few more days but i needed to clean up and prepare for the next run in there.

She really packed on the weight though the buds are loose and very sativa like in formation. Very sticky with resin aswell.
The smell continued up to the end of ripe tropical fruits and fuel. During harvest the smell got everywhere and had an onion kind of smell amongst the fruit and fuel. The onion smell quickly dissapated after harvest leaving only the fruit and fuel again from the trimmed buds.

Nice plant to find after a quick dip into the seeds i have. I expect her to finish up a little quicker when running her from a cutting and after seeing her grow out i will be looking through a few more of the seeds in the near future to see what else pops up.

Thanks m-m, all the freebies have been well worth my time and have been better than a lot of seeds i have purchased from some other seed companys.

I currently have 3 more Rockstarkush in veg from seed, unsexed, so i will post up pics when they are ready. I hope to eventually post up pics of all the females i find from the 3 strains i purchased and the 3 freebie strains too.

Out of the 3 strains i purchased, RockstarKush, Conkushion and PurplePainkiller, the PurplePainKiller is the only one i was not really impressed with from the seeds i have grown out so far. I found them to be low yielding and i didnt like the high much.
A friend described it as so 'well balanced' that he kept forgetting he had smoked anything. I found that too with the edibles where i kept feeling like i needed another to get to where i like to be as it never seemed to peak in the way i like or last long enough, though i do only use for relaxing and recreational puproses.
On a positive note though, i find the PurplePainkiller to kick in really quickly, even from ingesting the edibles, as do my friends and one of my friends has reported that a relative suffering from coeliac disease rates it an absolute favourite for easing physical symptoms and relaxing muscles.
I have found some fantastic looking males in the PurplePainkiller but i havn't had the space at the time to flower them to collect pollen. I have more seeds left of this variety and will have another look at them next spring or summer.
Also to point out, my PurplePainkiller seeds are not from the Boo or the Bay, they are from an earlier outcross project.

A bit off topic there, but as i don't post often i am just trying to get as much info from my personal experience with your seeds out there as i can.

And a quick question, when are your BX2 seeds going to become available?

Thanks

Nice work Slab. That turned out to be a big girl.
What size pot did you run her in??

On a side note I am running the PPK, and although the appearance of them going into flower was real similar. At almost 4 weeks in you can really see there are a couple phenos.
But can't comment on high yet. can't wait to see how they finish out.
Mine seem to be pretty close in size as your OGSK.

Hi Greenlife1

Yeah, she turned out to be a huge plant, she does respond really well to training to keep the height more manageable though.
She was hand watered in a 6 Litre pot of coco, thats about 1 and a half US gallons i think.

I need to point out a mistake in my previous post as i cannot edit yet. It wasn't Coeliac disease, it was Crohn's that the person has who is finding relief when using the PPK.
