I started on June 30th, 8 pm - 8am till Aug 4th. Its a 8-9 week strain, it got around 36 days tarp'd so it will have had 20 or so days of no tarp by the time its done. Ill probably start taking them down on the 24th.

HL: Thanks for the input. Jogging the tarp schedule is an interesting idea, but i think the 5pm heat would be worse than the 5am heat. My instinct is to keep pulling tarp. You are right that we're close. Only a week or 10 days to go on the one that is still in the shade of a walnut tree at 8am... The other is 5 days behind. I think I'll just vent some cool air into the one with the foxtailing in the morning...

ah ur still pulling tarp? thought u quit a while ago.

[edit]

I think you should quit pulling tarp right now! :bump:

FoxxyDoe: thanks for the info... definitely encourages me to stop pulling tarp. You are having absolutely no adverse reactions after a week or more of not pulling, huh?

HL: the highest temp between 8pm and 8am is 67 degrees. The temp at 8am was 61 degrees... so heat can't be the culprit... High humidity, however... it was 91% and that probably persisted most of the time it was covered.

Plough: seriously. do you just come here to annoy me? i am so close to putting you on ignore, but then i'd be oblivious to the nonsense you post here and would not have an opportunity to bust your balls for it. If you have something you'd like to say or ask about the things we're discussing in the thread, you are most welcome... but the rest of it? Save it for somebody who appreciates verbal diarrhea more than I. If by "new and improved" you don't mean "sober" you should rethink the upgrades.

No adverse effects at all, just good ones everything is tightening up real good with the cool open night air. The oil production seems to have picked up also. No hermi, no reversing at all.

I should be out at my property later today, I could probably snap a couple pics If you don't mind me posting them here.

Hey nomaad. I started pulling my tarp on June 20. I stopped pulling my tarp when they were 30 days in. They finished up perfectly. FWIW

:woohoo:

that's a relief i bet, one less chore.

it's a real privilege to see such a garden in action, to think such magnificent specimens will no longer be allowed to flourish to their fullest as in your garden is kinda depressing. would even 1 of those bushes fit inside 5 by 5?

peace

Not a one. But there are no such limits on 215 grows and it remains to be seen if 19 will manage to supersede the CUA... especially in the rural counties of NorCal.

I use smartpots and I love them. We were able to move 200 gallon pots with 10x10' plants to make more room. Could not have done that with homemade rebar/mesh/landscape fabric pots.
