My first Plant

i highly recommend upgrading your lighting bud...take a look at some other autoflower pics with proper lighting at this stage of the growth... you definitely have room for a HID such as a high pressure sodium or a metal halide bulb....it will be worth your investment by far!
but your doing good for your first grow! keep up the learning proccess these forums have all the answer!!

Gotta agree with Joly Green, as I stated it before hand haha. Upgrade your lighting :) This is my Trans Siberian autoflower at 35 days, and you can notice the difference :x She is about 17" and went through quite a bit so even though I messed her up a bit (My own eagerness biting me in the butt) she is still quite strong (and bushy!) She started throwin out pistil's about 3-4 days ago. Lighting, nutes, pot size, it all ties in together :O

lol...just read back with a tent he/she should go bigger than cfls!... i have one t12 flor just for spectrum variation but running 400w hps in my tiny closet ...you gotta go with lumens per sq foot and t5's and cfls just isnt enough:) unless you have about 30 cfls but we can agree upgrade !!!

im on disability and only make 906.42 a month to survive so i can not afford to upgrade lighting or spend 500 a month on hydro i have tons of bills and i do not have a medical card therefore i can not have anymore than one plant and child services has stopped by my house and already want the one i have gone

i have epilepsy and am unabel to get my growers card or medical card cuse i apperently dont qualify so i grow my own 1 person smoke to reduce the price of my buyin bags here and there

yeah money can be an issue...just keep them t-5s low are you using a standard bulb for them if so at any aquarium supply store you can get a bulb that replicates sun for a t-5 they are pretty cheap and are way better than just a regular t-5 bulb.....im surprised child services only suggest you get rid of it....they must be a little more open minded in bc than in the states...lol the key is not to let them see it:)

i also find money to be an issue...but thankfully i have a job where i get hand me down lights all the time....i have 25 t-12 fixtures just chilling in my garage but unfortunatly they are not making bulbs for them anymore so if i want to use them i have to replace the ballasts as the bulbs burn out....check out my poor mans setup here...https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=285117 this is my current grow/2nd ever

and heres my first plant:)(2) https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=225094

I wasn't trying to sound mean or anything, and trust me I am on disability as well, I understand the struggle very well. My entire set up, self built, was less than 500$ total, thats including light, ballast, air pump nutes etc. But Joly Green is right, just drop down the t5's to being a few inches (4''-5'' is a safe bet lol) away from the plant. And if you have several t5's you can also try adding lights around the plant (also why I suggested CFL's, as well as CFL's being considerably cheaper than HID lighting).
