no truer words have every been spoken. the man was my inspiration to start growing. been watching him do his thing on the forums for almost 9 years.

you won't find a more humble, generous, dedicated, talented, or nicer grower anywhere. we're all very lucky to have him drop off pics here still every once in a while to give us all something to aspire to.

hats off to you my friend. lets hope the second leg of tour is announced next week! I'm hearing no alpine this year, possibly 2 or 3 deer creek. I'll definitely be out there for the end of tour anyway if you can't make it out this way.

Bubba Diesel (Bubba Kush x Sour Diesel)
Day 42

Here is a Bubba Diesel at day 42. She is getting ready to get flushed in a coupe days. She finishes around 60 days, low yield of rock hard little silver nuggets that smell like a household cleaner mixed with fabric softner sheets. Weird smell, and not what you would expect from a Bubba and Sour Diesel hybrid, but you can definitely smell both parents after you think about it

This is my second run with her, and as you can tell, I went a little heavy with the nitrogen on this one. My next one looks much healthier. My first one I took at 56 days, and I think it was too early cause the high was way too intense and edgy for my likings, and I like trippy buds if that says anything

that bubba diesel nug you gave me did look and smell real good. it was too small for a joint and we didn't have a pipe at the hotel except for my essential vape, so it ended up just getting rolled up in a mixed joint. I agree, you could definitely detect both parents in the nug. the formation was definitely bubba influence, but the smell was a nice mix of the two.

I have been asked through pm's and on this thread what I feed my plants. After 7 years of constantly trying new soil mixes and feedings, mine has formed to something like this:

Veg: FF Grow Big
Maxicrop

Flower:

Beginning Flower:
Age Old Bloom (3/4 Tbsp)
Maxicrop (1 tsp)

Middle Flower:
Age Old Bloom(2/3 tsp)
Earth Juice Bloom (1 Tbsp)
Indonesean Bat Guano (1/2 Tbsp)
Earth Juice Catalyst (1 tsp)
Earth Juice Meta-K (1/2 tsp)
Hygrozyme (small splash)

End Flower:
Earth Juice Bloom (1 Tbsp)
Indonesean Bat Guano (1/2 Tbsp)
Earth Juice Catalyst (1 tsp)
Earth Juice Meta-K (1/3 tsp)

I also mix FF Peace of Mind Fruit & Flower with my soil

Just lurking in the shadows and happened upon your thread.You have a great selection of plants and truly a greenthumb.I have a question or two for you.The recipe your using and the rates,are these for 1 gal. of water or for 5 gal. of water...I read you also mix if it's 4 gal. instead of 5 sometimes.Sorry I had to go so far back.Also, Im using ProMix Bx should I still add lime or feed at a higer ph.Last question, is the Maxicrop liquid just the seawwd version or Seaweed plus Iron?Thanks again for posting up your knowledge and grows.Really does make a difference!

next up is ever popular CO cut of Flo. I think every dispensary in town has this lol. One thing I will say is that I have grown 3 packs of Flo since 1999, and this plant is totally different than any of the plants I grew from 3 packs. Almost makes me wonder...could she possibly be "Flodica"? who knows. but either way, she is an amazing plant with amazing flavor that reminds me of blueberry yogurt or something lol
