A real fortress has a moat...
Not that big of a building, you can call it Mom and Pop!
Just because you have a prescription doesn't mean you're going to be able to smoke it anytime you want. Just like other drugs there will be warnings especially when it comes to using machinery, tools and vehicles. No employer will let you work while high if it jeopardizes people lives.
Think you're gonna be able to smoke you're medicine while doing construction work? LOL...
looking at that joint made me think
back in the 90's when the law was cracking down on bike clubs and passed laws against fortifying buildings
if you follow the regulations for a LP pot farm the facility would defiantly be in violation of the anti fortification laws
looks like another quandary in the ill conceived MMR/LP debacle
You know what's LOL? You thinking there aren't tens of thousands of construction workers, some operating heavy equipment, using cannabis every day already.
Sorry, Buds, I've worked construction and every break and at lunch there is a joint going around somewhere. This won't change.

The grey building, at 6922 Lochside Dr., is surrounded by security fencing and has an unwelcoming air about it
Galbraith also owns Welton Construction of Victoria, which was incorporated in 2002. Government records show that company is run by Shawn and Denise Galbraith.
Growing medical marijuana is a permitted use within the Agricultural Land Reserve, which includes this property.
I was wondering on a question of insurance.
Are all these new LCP insured with fire, theft, vandalism, and loss of income or crop failures, etc., etc.
Or are they like the MMAR patients that grow there own meds at home, just shit out of luck for having insurance of any kind. If they are not, and are getting all the insurance as they need. Then all the patients that fell into the non-insurance clause with insurance companies for using a building for illegal activity, should be able to get back all that they have lost, plus damages and hardship.
Just a thought...
Health Canada has opened Pandora's box with this MMPR...Can you say "Class Action" law-suit.
I believe there were a couple patients in the interior of BC that lost there homes because mortgage was revoked over this non insurance clause...No insurance = No mortgage. I'm sure there's more in the rest of Canada, if there is one, there's more.
Peace...B
That's great but when you got a prescription and get injured or injure someone else on the job its gonna be your ass especially if you tell your employer that you got a persecution to intake cannabis.
It's a good thing then that there aren't that many accidents caused by weed, if any.
