Hello ma/ri/conn growers. Been following the thread and have learned a lot along the way. Almost done with my first outdoor grow. 5plants in 20 gal smart pots grown in sub's supersoil. Couldn't be happier with the results. My biggest eff up was I used bag seed instead of buying quality genetics. My plants are still awesome! Three of them have tons of huge colas and the other two are like two weeks behind. I fed them teas made with ewc, caps bennies,molasses and neptunes harvest sea kelp all summer and now just molasses and water.
In my area farmers almanac says first frost is @ oct 21. My plants still look like they are praying. My question to you growers is when should I harvest? I haven't seen signs of a fade yet so I thought they would put on more weight, but more importantly I don't want to short change potency. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

no that is by bodhi seeds. By far the most under rated breeder out there, this stuff is so dank it is ridiculous, it is almost impossible to break up. just so oily and sticky. good balanced high too, very spacy but not too sleepy. The taste is her best quality, just straight up funky musky sweet and sour. I LOVE THIS STRAIN lol
Shmalphy, looks nice gonna have to look into Bhodi seeds, I just hope those pics are yours and not something you just grabbed off the internet again...
Masshole, grab a mini microscope from radio shack for 15 bucks, this was you can tell by the glands coloring, also keep an eye on the weather as well cause if its getting close to harvest and a frost is coming you may want to pick them...
Ganja at day 56 flushing out nicely, another 5-7 days and its chop time, can't wait to smoke on a bunch of this stuff finally....

Had a dazed session with coastal while watching some foosball yesterday. Thanks to TacomaComa we had a bevy of beautiful buds to sample. OG Chem, Chem Sour, a couple Lucifer's, Lemon Skunk, Grinderella. And some excellent oil. Bubba/GSC was delicious and smooth. Kudos, TC!

And for dessert tonight... a sample of ganja from Otto. Smoking damn good already, my man. Stanky and the buzz has legs. Is this stuff really choppable by week 8? Is choppable a word? haha The smell of this stuff is just incredible and it has a nice kick to the dome piece.

Masshole...no mistake using seeds.If they are good ones the vigor will be far superior to an older elite cut. Congrats on your first crop.Now go out and buy the scope to check your trichs..You at the least want all cloudy....milk colored if you will.If they are not ready and you know a frost is coming throw a real light cloth over them and remove it early in the am.I've had plants with a 1/4 inch of ice covering them and been okay as long as they get early morning sun to burn it off. They won't take a heavy frost consistently but you can get away with a few light ones..

I've had my cocaine og vegging hard in a 20 gallon smartie; we are moving her under her own 1kw this week. Did a bunch of wiring this past weekend and added another 40amps around the rooms, so all set to fire up a bunch more lights with these cool temps.
Seriously tho TC, fine job growing those buds they look killer.
