Yeah Well it doesn't look like the defoliation has done it's job with this strain. They look a bit leggy, when in fact they should be a bit bushier. Not so sure if this is what you are after with defoliation. They look healthy, just a bit spindly.
VerdantGreen said:i reckon a month more veg will be too much for those plants - if you are determined to veg them that long then you may like to consider some lst to keep the height down - and you may need another repot before flowering as they will probably be rootbound by then
they do look healthy though which is good

personally i would say that topping the plants is more likely to have encouraged the sidebranching than the defol. initially a sidebranch's primary source of energy is actually the fan leaf at that node - which you removed. im no expert on defol but as i understand it the main reason to do it in veg is to slow the vertical growth and reduce the length of the internodals (the distance between leaf pairs).
looking forward to seeing these flower

Hey guys, nice grows ya got there
i am with the guys above, take it easy on the defoliation with your gals if this is your first time, many strains responds differently with this technique so make sure you KNOW your strains well before working on them..
basically you're tradinging one thing for another, i hope you know what hehee
the pics below include many different strains but they all respond pretty much the same with the technique , they should be bushier as well so learn your strains first, good luck with the grow
cheers,
