loading issues (3rd parties)

I can't read my Canadian friends thread, as he puts so many pics in, it just won't load. Any pic heavy page is unlikely to complete. In the old days of dial up, it would be one pic at a time, until time out. It seems they all just try and load at the same time, since the net got quicker. So only the smallest complete.

I have been dabbling with other forums. They work better, but are shit. Too much commercial interest protection, mostly.
