dod, low -- you got it right my friends. i'll still do my thing securely and discreetly, but for all effective purposes i'm not sure that i'll ever stop from here out.

i think i'm gonna veg under one of the hps for a couple weeks.. rearranging my set up (once again!) so i'll have the opportunity to split things up. just a couple lil ones in bloom, they'll fit under one then i'm runnin the T5's and other 600 hps to fatten up the veg. i want 2 lbs 3 months from now, period.

t: thanks man, hope the trimming is going well the new bloom room is actually quite a bit smaller -- just 7' long, 8' tall, and only 2' wide... but i have shit wired in there perfectly, and mylar lining almost every surface. very bright. right now just have the one 600 set up, using the other 600 to veg, but once i bush out my veggies a bit i'll have both 600's in the bloom. should be pretty sweet once get things in order.

dr. dog: hahah uh, yeah. about that... i was planning on stopping because i was having financial issues after my girl moved out. so i had a couple roommates lined up to move in, and was going to re-finance my house. go the legit route. as life has its own plans (lol), my re-fi turned out to be a lot worse deal than the bank said it would be, and my roommates backed out for somewhere else. so i'm left with little choice if i want to keep my house. (i like to think of it as fate guiding me back to the one i love -- growing mj. ) glad to see you around, thanks for the post my friend

hey bro thanks can't wait to have both running in bloom lovin the veg under a 600 though really see action maybe i might have to pick up a 200 w for veg... in bloom i was toying with the idea of cooltubes instead of reflectors should be more room and with the mylar plenty of reflection ya think? maybe i'm wrong just trying to maximize the smaller space let me know what you think mang not too much trouble on the heat so far got my new set up under ground so should be alright we'll see though gonna see another 30 degrees at least during the hot times

Hey 'leel...got a cooltube. I bought one of the cheapo ones from mdhydro a couple of years ago. I'd say use a cooltube if you're gonna mount it vertically. If not, stick wif the standard reflector. Just my opinion, but it seems like the light coverage of a horizontal cooltube is kinda retarded compared to a daystar or similar. Vertical is another story...360 degree radiation.

I tried a cool tube in 05', mine came with some pretty nice wings that you can adjust your footprint with, didnt like it that much though and went back to daystars, the cooltubes I see now on the market are junk IMO, I agree their good for vert. apps, just my two cents bro! peace dubba PS I still use it in my veg room, so I guess I've gotten my moneys worth outta it!
