Look at what is actually organic to see what you are putting in your garden. Cow poop, horse poop, bat poop, chicken and poultry poop are all gross but considered organic.
In the world of organic farming, none of the items that you mentioned are used with the possible exception of bat guano and even its use isn't universally accepted.
Applying animal manures that have not been properly composted is not allowed under CCOF, Oregon Tilth, Washington Tilth, USDA NOP, et al. There are forms of chicken manure hydrolysate that have been approved under some organic governing bodies.
A pile of cow sh*t sitting behind Uncle Ben's barn for 2 years is not compost under any definition. It may well be a number of things but thermal compost it is not.
